Morning all!
Monday Mayhem..
Make sure you have all the shopping you need to take you through to next week.. milk and bread especially! It is Bank Holiday on Monday so some shops are not open.. the big supermarkets are.
Make sure the last of the presents are wrapped I will not have people sitting up while 5am on Christmas morning wrapping!
Have we located stockings?
S&S the kitchen
S&S the bathroom/s and loo's
Clean the oven and hob ready for your feast!
Clean the fridge to accommodate you bounty of food
Change any bedding you need to get washed before the fat guy arrives.. and I do not mean the OH/parent/ etc
Make sure your timetable for christmas day is sorted and everyone knows their tasks.. who is spud peeling? Who is stuffing the bird etc..?
Catch up on the laundry .. ironing is tomorrows job!
Phone someone you 'forgot' to post a card/present to in time.. just so they know you've not forgotten them...
Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too.
Change pet bedding and wash blankies etc.. we don't want them putting you off your christmas sprouts!
Dust round the whole downstairs
do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs
Can't believe its so close to Christmas! How exciting?!?!? Got a couple of bits to wrap and really have to drop some cards off. Awaiting one more package for DH's christmas box then it should be "job done"!
Thanks to usual suspects for your hard work! :T

Morning all,
We've woken up to snow :j:j:j:j, we've already been out once. We came in for hot chocolate as our feet are freezing. There's not a lot and it's stopped snowing so we want to make the most of it.
I'm a bit concerned that OH has driven 50 miles to work.He phoned me when he got there so i know he's ok but it's still snowing there and if it gets worse he might have trouble getting back.
Happy Birthday 3tabbycats.
Soappie, i'm glad your DD got home safe despite the ditch and what a lovely Mum you are.
I'm not sure how much i'll get done today i've got a feeling it won't be much.

Good Morning everyone. Thanks for the lists and inspiration!
Dusty Jack Frost has been to the unoccupied BRs here. I grew up with it on the windows though - my parents installed central heating the year I went to university.
Lots to do today, number one priority being new trainers for littles as the horrid dog ate DS1s - hopefully not changed size and need new school shoes as well.
Liking the list. I am trying to focus on the areas my visitors will be in most. Not the time to be worrying about wiping our bedroom paintwork!
Happy Birthday 3tabbycats

I'm in again, thanks Pigpen, Toots and Soapie.
Laundry mountain was started yesterday as was LR decluttering. Its easier said than done with DDs being home. Now when am I going to be able to sneakily wrap presents? The problem with common sense is its not very common:rotfl:
