  • Hello Flygang,

I hope everyone has had a good time - will catch up once i have some time alone!

Christmas has been busy and at times very noisy, but great fun all the same. Our visitors have had great fun and have cuddled me lots - always nice! Sadly they are away tomorrow, but we'll meet up again soon.

Anyway must go watch the movie with the littlies before we can say "bedtime" then we fancy a game of trivia with some alcoholic help...

    See you tomorrow

    Moam

toochoosey no of course not, put them down
froddy thanks for the link, they are cheaper than the slankets, I might treat myself ...once things are a bit less tight

WM & TD is on as DS2 tiddled the bed last night, I have another few loads of his sheets to do. DW on again. DP at work. Beef & ham is in the freezer in portions for 4, just the chicken to do. Biggest godsend as always being my meat slicer, I love that thing.

Boys have been in weird moods, keep fighting then they are playing ok now, now it's bed time to make me feel mean for wanting to send them to bed. Might leave them up for a bit longer, we aren't out until at least 1pm tomorrow.
One day I might be more organised...........

poppy re slanket - I have no idea if it was in the sale, it was on the edge of a page when I as looking at something else, and I've now resolutely refused to allow myself back on the site in case I'm tempted;):p

lil_me - sounds like you all had a happy day yesterday! I like the chameleon too.

Just spent far too long watching David Tennant in Hamlet. I don't remember 'doing' Hamlet at school, but there are huge chunks of it I know by heart. I would have loved to see the RSC production, but I think the tickets all sold in about five minutes....Really pleased they filmed a TV version. No-one else wanted to see it, so the boys have taken supplies upstairs and watched a film, DD is over at BF's and OH on his laptop. I've refused to make another meal today (lunch was at 3pm...) and don't think I'll need to eat before Wednesday:rolleyes:

I'd quite like to tidy up all the presents etc in the living room, but I think I'll let everyone have a bit more gloating time first.

Valli, we have walked round Carsington a few times. If you go the wrong way round it is seven miles to the pub!

Very tired because DS2 was up all night with a bad cough.

Ooooh Carsington Waters is one of our favourite places. We've taken the caravan near there a few times and love taking the bikes or walking round. Lovely place for a walk on Boxing day. Right.....bed time xx
