I forgot to tell you....despite having stayed upright through all the snow and ice of the last few weeks I managed to slip last night on our way down the road from the in laws! Thankfully the present of 6 bottles of beer I was holding and my new handbag were all ok! I am rather bruised though but thankfully I have plenty of padding on my backside!

Sounds like everyone had a good day yesterday,
soappie - hope your DDs friends will be okay
pillion- what a lovely thing for your dad to do.

We had a lovely day if not a dramatic start DD1 awoke at 7 came through to us and then went off to get her sister fell over in her sisters bedroom hurting her ankle then came back through to me and collapsed in front of me - we think she fainted from the shock but not too sure if she had also fainted in her sisters room - anyway 30 mins later she was back to her usual self but keeping a close eye of her.

Today involves doing nothing, need to do a couple of s&s in several rooms but that will be it lots of new games & dvds to be watched, turkey stock to be turned into soup and tea will be from yesterdays left overs.

Hope all have a good day and that those who brave the sales are successful.

jjef.. I hope DD is ok today.. is it possible the first fall was caused by low BP after getting up out of bed and dashing about excitedly? Bit scary for her though I'm sure.

Morning all, well we have some friends coming over today so I best get moving in a mo.

Hubby has been out to the sales and spent his leaving job gift voucher that he got from all his staff. He managed to get some shirts and a lovely coat so he's pleased.

He said town was heaving especially NEXT....madness.

Anyway so far I've deleted 1500 emails.

I forgot to mention yesterday I made the stuffing myself as I couldn't find the packet stuff. This went down very well and I was complimented on it, first time I'd ever made it too.:D

We chilled out yesterday evening and watched Star Trek eating chocs and crisps and drinking wine (me) and pop (the girls).
