Is there a problem with the site?? I ve been trying to buy something all morning - please let me know asap (before lunch) {cosmetics/perfumes addict}
Just the usual when they got big offers, too many people using site for them to manage. Best advice is just to keep refreshing page, usually works eventually.Rare Disease Day28 February 2013 is Rare Disease Day.Raise awareness for patients, families and carers whose lives are affected by rare diseases worldwideUnited we are stronger0 -

Same has happened to me - I'm due to collect in store on Friday - I thought it might go down again, but to be honest, I was just glad to get one0 -

My God, people must have thought I was mad! I saw the shelves FULL and walked around with a grin soooo wide on my face and chatting to anyone who made eye contact. I was seriously happy with my 2 Chilli bags, 2 elle bags an NO7 Ultimate set and a GOK set!!!!! (they were bringing cages down every 10 mins with stock)
From wanting to kill Boots.com this morning all is now forgiven and I LOVE them!:D
So I went to 2 retail parks on the way home Kingston(hardly anything) and Bletchley (quite a few nicer sets) but they both said they have no more stock upstairs.
My family and friends are gonna love me this year!:j
May post a piccie later but that may be taking the p***. I am very aware of people still trying to order online. I just hope all the interupted and abandoned orders get put back on there for you all.
Certainly don't feel bad about posting a picture! Nothing I liked was left in stock, but I don't begrudge those who got stuff. I love seeing people's hauls too!0 -
woo hoo just back from Boots sale shopping nad Ive had so much fun!!!
Went to Manchester Fort first... just me till 5 to then another lovely lady arrived (r u on here by any chance?). Managed to get everything I wanted from there (4 Gok Wan and a No.7 Ultimate Set) then headed to trafford centre which was mental (about 40 people) but no crazy woman armed with trolleys pushing people about as has been described by people at other stores on other years. Got the R+M compacts I needed (12!!!) plus lots of other bits too.
All in all Im a very happy lady indeed! Going to sort my haul on my bed now hehe Just had to have a Mc Donalds to recover from it all!
However I must say seeing all the staff getting bags and bags of stuff before the shop has even opened is unfair. I work in retail and when we have had excluive offers etc that weknow people are coming specifically for the managers have always said you wait with the customers. So to see staff leaving 30 minutes before a store even opens with over 10 bags brimming I do think is unfair. They should get it when everyone else does, if anything we are always told that we come second to customers!!!0 -

so anybody here from grimsby? i got there for 8.30 and there were quite a few women there.unlike other years (not been bootsing much in the last 12 months) i didn't even have a list with me-cos i didn't REALLY need to buy much.came back with a fair few bits mind but the stuff will come in @ some point.i usually go over to Hull and last year it was bloody crazy there-really greedy people snatching stuff.gtg to my son's over there on Friday so i'm gonna see IF there's owt left when i get there.
Yeah I'm from your neck of the woods! I got there about 9.30 and had in my mind all future birhdays etc. Got four Good works hand wash duo sets but one of them leaked! So that is now by the kitchen sink and can't be a future gift.It was busy, and I don't think there will be much left by lunchtime, but generally I thought everyone was fairly civilised. Only two serving at tills though and the assistant just threw things in the carrier and dented one of my boxes of Elle stuff. :mad: .
Here's looking to the 90% off day then eh?:rotfl:0
