Got what I needed from Cannock - including the Spider Pig money box for a little extra pressie for my son's birthday next month. I'd have liked to have got it for him for Christmas but couldn't justify spending £15 on a bit of plastic!!

Not a great deal of choice there - didn't see any Sanctuary stuff, no No7 and I was there before 9am.

I've been to the Fort in Birmingham this morning at 9.15am after dropping DS at school, it was rammed, ppl had 4-5 trolleys full of the same stuff, madness!

I managed to get 2 x Gok sets, some annabel karmel cookery sets, and plenty more bargains, just wish i had someone to mind my trolley like the others did, mad!

I went to Vic Centre, is my third year in a row. Thought I was going to have a heart attack when the man opened the doors at the other side of the building and then wandered over LOL

It was busy but plenty of stuff so no was fighting over things. I got 3 ultimate sets (me, my sis and my Mum!) Gok Wan, FCUK and a few others bits.

My Mum went to Beeston, she picked up a few bits in there.

I managed to get one order processed and paid for online, just trying to finish off my second order.

I've learned from last years mistake, spent too much time dilly dallying around the website, by the time i went to pay everything had sold out.

Hope everyone gets what they wanted

All i wanted was the steer and sail gym, been trying to get it for over an hour and now it's sold out. What a waste of flipping time :mad:

A first & last for me I think. (Well I did stay up for the hatbox, but no joy on the website with that either.) Stayed up until 4am, came back at 6.30am, spent 2 hours trying to get on site. Managed a quick glimpse of my basket, 16 items down to 4 but didn't get the chance to see which 4. Finally got on about 10ish, basket empty. Trawled through site, added 3 things to basket..disappeared when tried to check out, now nothing left.

I'm very tired..and empty handed. *sulks*

Don't assume that getting an order number means anything - I have just spoken to CS, and although they can see my order number too, the status 'emptied' means I won't be getting anything, as it's now (of course) sold out. They have no idea why it happened, and will be 'passing it on to their technical department'.

The website is a joke. My OH who is an IT guy thinks it's a disgrace that a company the size of Boots is having such problems, he says their IT dept must be really c**p. I've told him to apply for a job with them then if he thinks he's so smart...., and fix it so I can always get the stuff i want lol.
