My son tried Tesco value fabric conditioner about 2wks ago and had a really bad reaction to it...........................he's still scratching!!!
He had to re-wash everything that had been rinsed in it. Maybe its just him????

I recently stocked up on this as my last supply was almost out but found it has changed. It now have blue bits in it and I am finding that the powder isn't going down into the machine properly - it is staying stuck in the drawer.
Is anyone else having the same problem since they changed it?0 -

If I open the drawer during the cycle water comes out. I am about to have a baby (not using this powder on baby stuff) so won't have time to be messing around with the washing machine - i just want to be able to put the powder in and it to disappear like it used to when it came in boxes and didn't have the blue bits in.
I have noticed that hardly any of the powder is going down in the wash even though I don't use as much as they say - infact today I did a test and hardly used any and when i checked the drawer it still had most of it there.
I don't have any problem with other powders or with the old one. I don't know when they changed it as haven't had to buy any for a while but I wish they hadn't changed it as it looks like I am going to have to find a different wash powder.
Even if I dislodge it for the next wash it just stays there and then goes rock hard.0 -
It's funny you should say that, sianb84. I've just started using tesco value powder and this morning when I opened the drawer to put powder in I found a lump of wash powder from the last wash. I just assumed it was a random thing, so left it in there for the next wash. That wash has just finished and half of the powder is still in a lump in the drawer. I don't use more than a tbsp per wash so I don't think it can be down to the amount. I assumed it was a problem with my machine but if you're finding the same then maybe it's the formulation!0

glad it is not just me!! I never had a problem with it before they changed it.
I am now stuck with just under 4 bags of the stuff!0 -
I had the same problem with it sticking in the drawer and going rock hard. I stopped using it.

Gee, I'd just bung it in the drum on top of the washing-load and use it up that way0
