That does sound like a sinus thing. 3-4 years ago I got terrible headaches, sinus troubles and loss of hearing (total for a few days!) as a result of really bad congestion. I'd get yourself some own brand decongestants and wrap up warm, while taking enough vitamins and keeping hydrated. Hope you're feeling better soon, don't go wearing yourself out tidying ;)

Thanks edinburgher, I have taken some painkillers and heading to bed now, but must admit to continuing my declutter, no wonder my head is fuddled.

I am still not finished, but so far I have put 80 items into the Charity box(es) and have 84 items that I am keeping with still loads to sort through. Just how much clothes does one person need, I'm probably keeping too many things but I will have another sweep in 6 months time and anything not worn will go then. The plus side is that on my To Buy list is only 2 items, a black belt for jeans and navy tights!

Well nite all, was gonna have a cuppa but can't be bothered....yawn..... Nite x

    Swinstie,

I've just caught up on your thread and hope you are feeling a bit better. Unfortuntately colds/flu seem to be doing the rounds at the moment and I have been suffering with a sore throat which has now turned into one of those annoying coughs that will probablykeep me up all night.:(

How is the clothes sorting going and have you managed to ebay anything yet? Maybe if you don't fnay listing stuff you could always rope in a friend to help and split the profits?

Despite going to yoga, swimming and lots of dog walking last week I only managed to lose half a pound at slimming tonight. Maybe that was something to do with the fact that we ate out twice at the weekend and one meal was so huge we didn't even bother with tea that day!!:p Don't feel up to much at the moment but maybe will have a quick go of Wii Fit tomorrow, although to be honest I don't really think it does much good but better than lazing on the sofa feeling sorry for myself ;). How's the whole exercise thing going with you?

Right time for bed. Sleep tight all. :A

    Afternoon all,

Feeling so much better today, didn't post this morning as it would've been all doom and gloom as I overslept (deliberately as I thought I had clothes sorted for today), woke up to snow so had to rethink outfit, wore the same top but rather than trousers and shoes, I wore jeggings and boots but don't feel comfy. Think cos the jeggings need a longer top so as to not show the elasticated waistband and the one I have on is shorter, mmm will need to do better.

As for exercising Kaz, well done you on the yoga and swimming, I've been to Pump and got Balance tonight, can't be bothered but need to force myself to go. Was gonna cancel and blame the snow but since the sun is out now don't think I will get away with that old chestnut. Lunch over so better get back to [STRIKE]skiving[/STRIKE] working :D

Hope you're feeling better today Swinstie. You sound like you're having a real good sort out. It feels really good doesn't it? I'm in decluttering mode at the moment - must be spring in the air!
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

It does feel good having a clear out but until everything is put into the wardrobe/drawers it is still a huge mess.

I have the sniffles again and down to one hanky, need to move onto loo roll, will be like Rudolph by the time I get home. It's also roasting in the office, why it needs to be this warm is beyond me.

Feeling quite proud of myself, having only 2 things on my To Buy list, I noticed today that the vest I am wearing (has lace trimmings), the lace is coming away from the vest at one part. First thought was damnation I need a new vest, then I thought, eh have you ever heard of sewing Swinstie?! Duh! So my next purchase will not be a new vest, but a sewing kit, or better still try and fix it at my Mum's tonight (she might even sew it for me), result!

Wow your diary is huge BTD, will work my way through it though!

Well today has not been too bad, managed to have my porridge this morning again and just finished lunch of rolls on ham and munching on cherries just now.

One of the guys had his baby in today (8 weeks old) and whilst cute, still didn't make me want one, ha! I had an obligatory hold but she started fidgeting so I gave her to one of the other girls and she was promptly sick down her shoulder, good timing or what!

Well OH isn't going to make it down tonight as he has to work late, whilst I will miss him, as not seen him since last Friday, it will give me a chance to get the room finished, it is still a mess even though I have put loads of clothes back in the wardrobe and drawers. Hurry up finishing time!
