I made some today and the recipe fills a loaf tin ( mine is about 5 inches wide, 8 1/2 inches long ). If I was making a bigger one I think it would be better to make two this size at the same time instead of one very big one. I found it takes a bit longer in my oven than the time in the original recipe. I can't tell you how long it lasts - I had to start putting some away in the freezer otherwise it would all be gone in a night. I cut it in slices, then freeze it, and you can toast it straight from the freezer, it's yum like that.postingalwaysposting wrote:i have some questions... how much does the op recipie make? if you need a bigger one do you just double up the quantitys? also how long does it keep for (unless everyone eats it )? thanks in advance...0 -
Mine comes out quite firm, and I can cut in fairly thin.
I use a loaf tin.
