I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Thanks girls. And thank you Mr Cow for being cross with my dh on my behalf. I was cross too, but as it turned out, we were snowed in the next day and it would have been completely impossible to get to the scan, and I would have been going nuts trying to find some way to get there.
Only 37 hours to go anyway now. Who's counting?????????
Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...

"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."
