A Friend who had the SIM and had not registered it just filled in the application on line. But he cannot log in. I think my application took a day or so before my account was live?Seth.0

Anyone having problems making payments. Tried to pay and got a message saying there was a problem with my card. I use the card all the time on the net and used it earlier today without problems.0

Yeah there are various problems with the site, it tends to work faster in the mornings before working hours, but you still might get problems checking out. Keep trying, they'll restock again soon no doubt.0

Big thanks to Seth for your info on purchasing (thanks button not working!). Let's see when Quidco pays up.

Site now showing 2 mid-range phones available Siemens AX72 & Nokia 1101, all the rest out of stock.
- now why is the same model (Nokia 1101) out of stock with 1 sim or in stock with extra sim card? Go figure. HJ0 -

Out of stock one is reconditioned, in stock is new...0 -
Go the the MSE Mobile board and selec the sticky topic for unlocking Nokia, just post your IMEI up there wait for an unlock code. Type it in carefully (you only get 5 goes then you need a cable unlock)
I think Virgin are dumping these cheap as the company was purchased. The purchase price is usually pegged to sales growth

How do you tell if you have a refurb or a new phone? Do Virgin Mobile provide different packaging with refurbs or label them as refurbs?0
