Just a Quickie: If buying at £14.99 including a £10 voucher and a free SIM thrown in, does the SIM have £5 credit or is it just a SIM with no credit (Vergin has these as well) ?

My SIM didn't have free credit.

Mine arrived today and looks absolutely brand new in every respect. I suspect it was a 14 day return or similar becuase it is immaculate.

I bought a 99p Virgin SIM to save £10 so.

    99p SIM
£14.99 phone (plus extra SIM + £10 voucher)
-£8 quidco (tracked in uder 1 day)
    - £7.50 (voucher on ebay)
unlocked for free via mobile phone forum...

= 48p for a brand new, unlocked basic phone to use as a spare !!

and I still have a unused (virgin:D ) Virgin SIM

Have been waiting for the Nokia 1101 to buy but its still out of stock. so decided to go with the LG B2100 instead. If you are already registered with Virgin and log into ur account, this phone comes up as £39.99 rather than £49.99 (saving £10) plus it comes with £30 free airtime voucher and a extra free sim. Now if you go through Quidco, you will get £8 cashback. So if my calculations are correct this phone works out to be only £1.99. Not bad but not not as good as the Nokia 1101. However the LG is brand new and slightly better with a camera.

    Hope this helps someone!

P.s... does anyone know if the LG B2100 is unlockable? cheers!

Yes you can either get it done at certain phone shops/market stalls/computer fairs for about £10 or you can top up your phone with £30 credit and then call Virgin and they will give you an unlock code.

Can you buy more than 1 at the same time using quidco and get a credit for each one ?

No - you can not buy more than one at the same time as the Virgin site will not let you.
However you can buy as many phones as you wan't individually and for each one you will receive £8 cashback via Quidco (As long as you clear the cookies)

Yeah there's a limit per household. Managed to get three orders in and I can't buy any more now until next year!

The limit applies to everyone in my house, too.

Now they increased the price on the reconditioned Nokia 1101 to 17.49, so not anymore a huge bargain

No I got mine just now for £7 odd

    1) Flush Cookies
    2) Go via Quidco
    3) Look at the cheap phones you see prices including SIMs
    4) Click the login option and enter you account details (You must have a Virgin SIM and account to get the phone minus SIM)
    5) After loggin in there is a drop down select the upgrade option: Last one on the list
6)You will then see your airtime credit red points or some such, mine said zero red points. Click the option to purchase a phone, select the without SIM option
    7) You now see the phone minus the SIM prices about £7ish
    8) Purchase one phone only
    9) Checkout

In the past my Quidco stuff took 9 hours or so to appear
