Can anyone else get this to work ? The button is there to buy at £22.49, but what it puts in the basket is the package at £24.99 including a SIM card and only a £10 voucher, not the £20 voucher. Am I doing something wrong or has this expired ?

Sorry - I should have said - this one "always" produces the same problem. I seem to be okay because I use Firefox, and it's set to clear my cache out almost constantly. But whenever this one comes up, it seems to generate scads of people who genuinely can't get it to work! I usually say, if all else fails, clear your cache, reboot your computer, if necessary, install something like Opera (an internet web browser) which you will uninstall when you've finished, and try again! It works in the end, and the 1101 is brilliant - the battery life seems to be about a week, and it's exceedingly good at both making and receiving "telephone calls" - the main reason I carry a mobile ;-)

Hang in there - it'll work in the end (it was still there at 21.24 BST Sunday night)!

It still works, I ordered my phones on Friday and received them yesterday. I made two seperate orders for £22.49 with £25 credit, and tracked both orders with quidco!

I did have problems getting the orders to go through and had try it many times before it worked. I rang customer service and they said that the website was in transition - which is why it is not working so well - and they will be launching a completely new website in the very soon (perhaps with new/better deals? )

Virgin have supposedly been launching a new website for at least a year!

Well the new website has come and appears to be even worse than its predecessor, which is hard to believe !

The only thing that I have noticed (apart from its total disfunctionality) is that there now seems to be a delivery charge of £2.99 on the Nokia 1101 'upgrade' phone. They have have obviously wised up to the idea of charging ! Annoyingly it seems that one can still only buy one phone per order, so the delivery charge is there for each phone bought.

It looks like they've changed the lifestyle rewards offer too (perhaps they noticed a disproportionate surge in use!). Knew it was too good to last. *sigh*
  • I phoned for a replacement after I put my old one through the wash, and it only cost £15 including a £10 airtime voucher, with no delivery charge. So cheaper than I could do via the lifestylerewards site.

    Regards, Roger
