  • They are not at their supposed address that was just a mail drop and is now CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT their words. I was given a different address in London quite a posh office block I believe near buckingham palace on broadway. Regus Business Centre 50 Broadway- Regus have confirmed to me that they are renting office space in the building, this is for LEGALS. I rang on friday and asked reception for a number. They said they had no contact number but asked who I wanted, tried to put me through and said no one was answering and this is supposed to be their legals department. The other numbers for their office probably divert to houses. I still havent got MY money back even though they have said I am right and they will send it back then they just dont contact you. Im sure Trading Standards will get to the bottom of it. The people phoning prospective sellers must just have phone numbers on a list and are actually getting mixed up as I was called on saturday and asked if I was still selling my one bedroomed terrace. It was female this time but must have been them. They hung up when I said they had it wrong. Not that clever a bunch. They cant answer any direct questions either and the manager is never available and never phones you back.

Yes I had the female too - she didn't have any idea of the previous conversations I had had with them either and as you say was probably just ringing down a list. I was advertised on house ladder and tepilo so I guess that's where they picked up my mobile number - I think I'll contact these websites and let them know

I hope you get your money back Redwood and that Trading Standards are on their case - hopefully they can catch up with them

Just one more piece of information folks, see previous comment on Mr Deryk Hillier compant secretary of property solutions (didnt know they'd disolved recently), syh4free and Property Solutions SOS.
The article on money laundering says he was 74 at the time of the trial guess what, his date of birth on the finnacial stuff we have on the companies is 12/4/1930 which would put him at 74 in August 2004 the time of the trial.
Watchdog is a good idea maybe if we all contact them it might get them interested, i'll see if i can find an e mail address.

  • If they have moved offices they may already realise they have been "rumbled" and just making as much money as they as quickly as they can.

So important that everyone contacted by anyone from syh lets OFT and Consumers know - just give them this link! Also send it to "Watchdog" - the more of us that do that the more likely they will do something about it. Strength in numbers and we all need to make the effort - done in seconds.

Good Luck all who were conned by these sh****rs!

    Nice one Minnymouse!!!
  • National number for Trading Standards (OFT) is : 0845 722 4499

You will be asked for your postcode and put through to someone at your local office - they will transfer on all information you are able to give.

Again - a link to this site will tell them all they need to know, latest syh address etc. Go for it!
