  • Contacted by this company. Quite high pressure sale. They were completely stumped when I asked them for reference clients seeing as they had so many. Said they would have to contact their PR Dept. I said no worries I'll hold. He then told me that he would phone back...guess what never did. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
  • Just another thought. When I contacted them the answerphone recorded message was for a company called PROPERTY SOLUTIONS so they may be more than one company trying the same scam!! I have the details of two of the staff if anyone is interested.

Yet another call from Michael Rolls - talk about hard sell - he must have been trained in the double glazing school of salesmanship - every time I said no he responded with why - what information did I have etc , how someone was really interested in my house etc. Told him all anyone had to do was contact the agent listed on rightmove - forget how many times I said no - don't contact me again but he kept on going - eventually I cut the call

Don't touch them with a barge pole - noone with a genuine service would behave like this

hi everyone. had call from simon lewis about the sale. told him again that our solicitor had given us advice to withhold 1% until things were finalised but this was a no no. we therefore said there would be no sale as we pay our solicitor for his advice. his final words were if we change our minds we no where to find him. be wary everyone as they do not give in unless you are quite blunt with them, i no it's hard but it's something you have to do. i would just like to know how redwood66 got on with them after they had sent them money (early on in the forum)

A quick checks shows that the administrative contact for that site is a man called "Deryk Hillier". Googling that name produces:

    https://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-124322058.html

    As the first result.

I have no way to know if they're the same people. I also have no way to know if the whois record is accurate. I also believe that people should be allowed to rebuild their lives after prison. However, given also the generally dodgy nature of what has been said here, I'd take extreme care; the full article contains:

"Matthew Lawson, prosecuting, said Deryk Hillier had been stopped as he drove his Volvo into the Eastern Docks at Dover on October 4 last year."
    ...
"Previously handed a four-year sentence in 1996 for smuggling Class B drugs, Hillier was sentenced to a year, suspended for two years, for this latest offence, having pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing."

Just a response to Richie Rich message earlier, i also asked them for references and they said "would you like us to pass your details on?" to which i replied i wouldn't have a problem with this which totally flumoxed him and guess what? he'll have to talk to his pr department. i'm still waiting!
Deryk Hillier is company secretary of Property Solutions Ltd, Property Solutions SOS Ltd and syh4free ltd none of these companies have any financial results posted at companies house.

Just realised after reading alunharford post that the court said that Deryk Hillier was a Tadworth resident, well guess what the financial information we have got on all 3 companies list his home address as Tadworth, coincidence or what?
  • redwood66 unable to open message any chance you can post it on site

The chances of there being two people called Deryck Hillier living in Tadworth are extremely remote.
