Been to the shop. No white chocolate, but they did have evaporated milk, cream and chillies, so I'm going to make some mince pies and then make myself respectable and head off. I remembered why I had the green turban on... I put an intensive conditioning treatment on and hadn't taken it off :rolleyes: so need to make sure that the water is hot for another shower.0

Well washing machine on yet again, no murders committed yet...but if MIL doesn't stop unfolding my hand towels and refolding them the way she wants them...
In fact my cup runneth over, since I have ex MIL and the current MIL in the house at the same time.
eta greenbee have you tried a cracklelog, its not v.green, and the lazy/busy woman's method of firelighting, but good for when you are exhausted and freezing cold.

Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room of Gloom
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf and a window sill
Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out ALL the food cupboards.. Sling the grot that has been in there since time began!!
Clean the oven and hob..
Extras
- Thoroughly clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
- Wash the windows
- Dust and Deweb
Level One
Clean the loo and the bath and the shower and the basins!
Level Two
Clean windows, curtains & blinds etc
Declutter and vacuum/mop floors
Wednesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
Level Two
Vacuum floors in bedroom and landing!
Extras- Wash windows
- Wipe the bedframe and any paintwork
- Dust and deweb
- Clear away any junk on surfaces that shouldn't be there!
Level One
Vacuum said cleared floors!

Dust/wipe over and fluffy electricals.. you cannot watch the Queens speech if she has a beard!

Friday -finale!

Change and dirty bedding that needs it!

Collect any stinky laundry from about the place

Clean the pantry or airing cupboard or understair cupboard or shed.. Wipe out the freezer.. defrost if needed!!
Clear out any grotty cupboard!
