  • Or have a standard generic post with all the main details in and repost it every 100 posts or something?? Then put a message on the first post saying start from the last post thats a round hundred ( eg 2000, 2500, 3000, 3200 etc..)

EDIT : Oh gosh, that made perfect sense in my head, but not sure I have explained it too well !

Hope someone can help me on here, i already posted on another thread about this.

The other day i posted about registering up for BB because i had read a couple of pages on here about the great way of making money from playing bonus bingo. Anyway i deposited £10 saw the other comments about the site, regretted it and withdrew the £10 within a minute. They declined my withdrawal as it was below their limit =(

I tried to withdraw the £10 again but it wouldnt let me needed £20 or more. So played that £10 and lost it all =( was gutted, had £15 bonus money so played that on bingo, the last ticket won me £50 :j have tried to withdraw it again but worried they are gonna reject my claim. Have heard the horror stories on here about that site so am abit worried =( how long before it should be in my account so i know? thanks x

Sorry if i keep going on but wondered if anyone can clarify this t&c from BB

Are there any restrictions on withdrawals?
The minimum amount that you can withdraw is £50, if you request a withdrawal for a smaller amount the request will be rejected and the funds will be returned to your account. This amount can be varied at the managements discretion. Also, you may not make a withdrawal unless you have previously deposited on the site. Withrawal requests will be declined and the player account may be disabled if a player attempts to make a withdrawal immediately following a deposit without demonstrating an intent to play the site fairly with the deposited funds

After i won the £50 i withdrew the whole amount straight away. It does say i can only withdraw sum of £50 so worried they are going to say i have no intent to play the site fairly. Can anyone help with this? I am really not a gambling person. Shouldnt have tried something that i wasnt sure about =( thanks for anyones help x

It should be noted that the entire "Up your Income" sub forum is filled with ideas as is the wider Money Saving Expert site. I like this as a mutual support quorum where people can encourage each other towards their goals. Ideas are everywhere (you are probably sat right next to one without realising it ;)) but an encouraging and supportive group of people, focused on a definite goal is a rare blessing. Just my two pence worth ... :)

  • focus888 - the limit is now back to £20 ! And you should get your cash.

    No horror stories, just miscommunication.

People were winning £10, then depositing £10, making a balance of £20 and then withdrawing. Quite rightly the boss got a panic attack thinking he had a host of money launderers signing up !! I hadnt even thought about it like that but I can totally see his point now.

So you shouldnt have a problem withdrawing winnings

    Well done x

Well I've been trying to catch up on this thread for 4 days and its just not possible! So I would like to join please. I've just been signed off for 4 weeks today so I have far too much time to fill, and since I'm signed off as I appear to have torn the cartiledge in my knee, I can't do much that involves moving at all (being a very active person this is killing me!) so this challenge shoud give me something to focus on.

I already do a lot of extra income earners and the like, but for this I will only be counting money gained through industrious efforts ie selling on ebay, etsy, at craft fairs and car boots and the like, rather than my existing income earners of writting reviews, using quidco and so on.

Ouch! It can be really frustrating being involuntarily incapacitated ... I broke both my legs once and I ended up going right up the wall with boredom (the doctor told me to land on one leg next time so I could at least use crutches ... very helpful :)). Look forward to seeing your progress.

Have you got a quote from a mainstream store? I don't know what you would get, but we bought a Wii for Xmas and it came with a game we didn't want, the store bought it back for £30. (Gamestation).........or would it be worth hanging onto since the black ones might be limited editions? I was told at Xmas they were going to see how popular the black ones were before they decided to continue production....

Hope you meant they bought the game back for £30 and not the console althou i wouldnt be suprised if they offered you £30 for the console.
Would never advise bringing a console to the likes of Game etc for selling they will give you half the value of what you would prob get on ebay. They might give you £90 for it and stick it on the shelf for £150 whilst ebay u might get £140.

Also found some mini dics in the loft not sure what to do with these yet as i think there could be a bit more than ebay open to these.
Proper work starts tomorrow and no excuses house is empty all day.

I found a load of minidisc today as well ... no financial value as I had to ditch the covers to the bought discs to save space when traveling back to the UK from abroad ... but some fantastic content. I have had them playing all evening ... brings back memories of good times. I really liked the format and enjoyed getting re acquainted with it. Hope you find a good outlet for yours.

Now gone 11pm - took all night reading the posts instead of earning any money putting stuff on Ebay!!!
Could we have a thread just for ideas and seperate one for updates?
Takes so long to read everything and chit chat isn't useful to anyone.
    Hope I'm not offending anyone.

No offence to you but tbh if you read this thread and follow it as I have done from day 1, you will find that in fact chit chat is extremely useful to many of the people on here. It is what motivates them , keeps them going and spurs them on to go and get perhaps just one 99p listing up on ebay.

It may seem not very useful to you but I think you need to accept that for many this is just the sort of thread that keeps people motivated.

I'm Not having a rant at you, but this is simply my opinion. I am finding it hard myself to keep up with the thread - but personally I am just so amazed every night at the excitement that buzzes through the different posts.

wishing everyone lots of luck, today I've managed to list 3 items on Play.com, have about 15 more to do, but desperately need my bed! however the ones I have listed are totalling £66 so wish me luck ;)

On another point how long doe sit take from when your withdrawal request is Accepted and Completed on Bingo Britain for it hit your bank account? Waiting for my £28 which was requested and authorised on the 5th.

I still havent attacked the massive 2 bags of sons toys and clothes and perfumes that I want to list on ebay!! last night or night before (probably about 20 pages back now!! lol) I posted asking for some advice.. so to save people from flipping back here it is again:

Has anyone had much experience with selling Perfume gift sets on ebay? Do you list them singly or all as one job lot? I have many which have literally been sitting in my drawer for more than a year from various birthdays, xmas etc etc.

    any advice mucho appreciated.

Hi Turia. Good luck with the Play listings ... sorry I am no use on the Bingo or perfume questions but I am sure someone will be along who is. Like the tag line in your signature ;).

Not speaking from personal experience but if i was looking to buy 1 specific one then i would prob be put off if it was in a lot and tbh i think you'll get less money. List individually maybe wait til 1st Feb or thereabouts to list in time for valentines day when prices are likely to be better than at the mo.
I've now 21 things on Playtrade (2 already sold :) ) though this is just clearing stuff im never really going to watch again i can't really include it in the 10k challenge.

I have listed 27 things on ebid but this is for an existing business which no effort has gone into whatsoever the last few months so it isn't making a penny atm though this is a partnership i think i will include anything we get back from this (50% of profit) as takings are levelling at zero lately!

Including dooyoo as i'm new to it though so is extra cash which can go straight off the cc

Still have my full £100 to invest in something gawd knows what at the mo! Charity shop finds i guess!

Might cheat a little theres a car i could buy but at 550 is cheating! but could easily net me a couple of hundred profit straight away will need to get my dad to look at that for me (and probably lend me half the cash!)

and yes this thread moves faster than the speed of lightening takes a good couple of ours to catch up everyday!
