Today's Updated List. I've been amazed at the response from European bidders for my ebay items. I've had sales and questions from Lithuania, Poland, Germany, France, Croatia and Spain.

I'm also looking for a cheap source of padded envelopes and packaging materials. I have already used everything I can find in my house. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Best thing i found was brown a4 envelopes that i use in work these are the best for sending dvds just stick the dvd into the envelope and wrap the rest around it sent 100s like this never had a problem plus they are classified as large letters so cheap posting :D

I couldnt log into the forum yesterday but wanted to give another update. Ebay sales are going well. I sold 4 items yesrterday giving me a total of £39 (then minus fees and some postage so £29 to keep), I am cracking on with Dooyoo (aroind 16,000 oints int he last 4 days) and listed more of my stuff on ebay yesterday. I also posted out anothter jewellery item so when thats completed I can add that to the kitty. I have just checked and I have bids on some ebay items today and a question about shipping for a £30 Buy it now it item so Im hoping that will go through soon. I also made a private sale yesterday so if thats ocnfiremed Ill have made another £20. All in all, Im enjoying clearing out my stuff - Ive had a brilliant sort out and that in iteslf feels good. Still feel motivated which is good. I know its only week 1 but Im aware of losing my momentum and of keeping up with the roughly daily target. I think Ill feel better when I get a £50 Dooyoo cheque!! Hope everyone else if getting on ok and feeling the buzz :j

  • I have a friend who works at A*g*s warehouse and brings me bubble wrap that they are throwing out, might be useful to ask around and see if any local warehouses have any they will let you have.

This year i WILL have savings!

The 99p shop and poundland are really good for padded enevlopes, bubble wrap ect....

Also, thinking about it, save all your shoe boxes and when asked if you want the box (something I always used to decline) say yes please and do you have any more you want rid of ;). Naturally, reuse anything you can.

So this morning thought i would try Slice of the pie music site, so far i have earned nearly £5 on there, its not a quick money maker but its a little extra to the cause. Just need to boost my rating so i can get the best money for my reviews. But ether way this is an easy way to add little bits.

  • Everyone seems to be doing really well, I on the other hand have been snowed in so have put off listing on eBay until the weather clears up as I would hate not to be able to post the items after they sell. I have though sorted a couple of bits out to sell and have a couple of other ideas to be getting on with while I am waiting for the snow to clear so I am starting off with £30.00 as I have spent quite a bit on a new laptop but with determination I will make the 10000 goal only £10.00 to go before I hit the £50.00 pay out at dooyoo (decided to take the chance have enjoyed writing the reviews so I really have nothing to loose as I never started with anything ) so I hope to update you all by the end of next week with money I have made (even if only a little)

I woke up to a sale on ebay :) Only for £3.49 but its pretty much pure profit! And there are the same item for cheaper, so people dont always go for the cheapest! Maybe it helps that i have 100% FB

Just cant get to the Post Office! Im off this week, and the one i work at is shut today anyway, and so is the next nearest one! Hopefully my buyers understand!

And also to the person saying about the chat...I think this thread is working fine as it is! Yeh it moves along quickly but can easily be caught up. And whenever I see other people doing well, it makes me feel positive too

I am also loving the chat, very inspiring. I received my £10 worth of Amazon vouchers from bingoport today so I'm going to add them now, then off to do some dooyoo reviews.
