how often do you get overcharged by the supermarkets / do you check your till reciept

  • I actually laeve the store as I check the receipt in the car before I leave the car park.

    But don't point the mistake out to the cashier as she will then check and charge you the right amount.
    Pay the wrong amount and then go to the customer service and complain about the incorrect charge.

    I agree that a child being killed is a lot worse than being over charged for an item in a shop, but that is not a reason to stop caring about being over charged.
