    Spendless..sounds like good going!
I have done similar with baby clothes..just put them in bags labelled 'newborn' . '0-3 m', etc whereas it should all be washed and ironed for ebay, freecycled or put away for baby no2.lol..baby steps before giant ones!

I would say don't ever get rid of the college work..file it away properly and it will be nice, and sometimes useful, to read it back in the future

Spendless why don't you pop out at the weekend and get a couple of cheap A4 box files from Wilko's to put your college work in, if you then decide to get rid you can always use them later for your filing.

As for your DS's work and certificates, why not get a couple of cheapie photo albums and spend some time with him sorting through them and sticking the important bits into a photo album, it would be lovely to have them as keepsakes to give him when he's old enough to move out?

I'm just about finished in the hall/stairs/landing dept. :j

Carpets vac'd (but not vax'd) all doors, skirtings, architravings etc washed down, bannisters washed, light fittings taken down and cleaned, plate rack washed as are all ornaments, toys/clothes/bits n bobs taken to rightful rooms, cobwebs disposed of (which entailed me balanced on top of the step ladder on the return landing, holding the vac, cos even with the attachments, I couldn't reach) I just have my bureau to polish and then a couple of drawers in it to sort, but I have to do school run in a minute and I could do with a change of clothes and a bit of a "swish and swipe" myself :D

Phew - eeeeh! I've decided to make a point of telling Mr TM EXACTLY what I've done when he comes home, cos if he sees the kitchen a bit of a mess, he assumes I've been sitting on my backside watching tv and eating chocolate all day :D (it's a standing joke)

Hmmm - I wish I did have some choccy though.......

Ok - hope you are getting done what you wanted to get done and another kick up the backside for those who require it

I don't know what the etiquette is for thanking people who have voted for me on the Thread of the Month, but I'd like to say a huge thank you anyway. I don't care if I win, I've never even considered that I posted anything worthy of being nominated but you lot will never know how much just being nominated has meant to me this week.
