    Morning all

Didn't sleep at all well last night, was wide awake at 3am this morning so got up and made myself a drink and watched some tv, OH on early turns so he got up and once he had gone to work I went back to bed, still couldn't sleep then fell asleep just before alarm went off - typical! Have now had coffee and porridge and feel ok, but think lack of sleep will catch up with me this afternoon whilst I'm at work!

Dad goes for his angio-gram today so have everything crossed we can get some answers and organise what to do next to get him on the road to recovery. My older sister is taking him and mum to the hospital and she has all my contact numbers and when I spoke to her last night I asked her to text me even if it was just to say he's had procedure and he's ok - I hate not knowing, that's sometimes worse than hearing bad news.

Had our fav pasta dish last night and tonight we have chicken in white wine sauce with mash and veg. My niece and nephew are coming over tomorrow afternoon as it''s DS1's birthday so I'm doing a HM pizza and chips, ice cream and then chocolate birthday cake. I will need to go and buy the chocolate birthday cake (no time to make one unfortunately) and the ice cream tomorrow when I finish work at lunchtime.

Not much OS to report so will sign off now.

Have to go now, keep safe and well, hugs to those that need them.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    Good morning everyone:wave:

I've got to buy new shoes today. After walking around with wet feet for the past 3 days I've had enough. They have been resoled-not that long ago it seems- but that cost about £30:rolleyes: So the OH has instructed me to buy new shoes and who am I to argue? I hate shoe shopping though.

Yesterday I took dd to the allergy clinic where it was confirmed that she has grown out of her egg allergy:j but is still allergic to peanut and pinenut. We are going to do a pure egg challenge at home soon (well-cooked scrambled egg) but she has been fine with egg in all baked goods for a while. She's looking forward to trying meringues at Christmas.

This afternoon dd and ds2 have their swine flu vaccines followed by a trip to the dentist for all of us.

Breakfast today is Scotch pancakes for the kids and a blackberry-pear-yogurt smoothie for me (note to self-get all those blackberry seeds out of teeth before seeing the dentist.)

Lunchboxes have ham sandwiches, jam muffins, apples and another piece of fruit.

I shall have leftover bulghar, pepper, chickpea salad with an egg on top.

Supper will be a salad made of puy lentils, roast sweet potato, goat cheese, peppers and watercress plus bread for OH if he's still hungry. The kids will not be too impressed with that and besides there isn't enough cheese for them so they'll have pitta pizzas plus frozen veggies.

Jobs today are cleaning bathroom and loo, emptying bins, hoovering, laundry, a spot of ironing and possibly baking a granary loaf if there's time.

Have a productive day everyone ;)

    Morning All!
Haven't posted in a while, been busy, but also pretty "down".:o
The MS is playing up, ESA are hassling me, and I've been worried about my Dad. He's lost so much weight recently, but he's had all the tests and they can't find anything wrong with him, so we are back to square one.

DD's pregnancy is going well, although she thought she's caught something yesterday, temp and chest problems. Must ring her later.

DS is getting back to normal in Cumbria. Back at Uni now, can't wait to see him at Christmas:j

((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))) to those people who need them.

Going to my MS social club this morning, suppossed to be going swimming, but legs are rotten at the moment.:o

Anyway, enough of my whinging! Hope you all have a good day!
