Pap, the team that sits behind my desk at work deal with apprenticeships, I am sure that the apprentices through our college dont have to pay their transport costs to their placement.

I shall ask for you tommorrow:A

  • Thanks all,

Ames, Thanks I was planning to look for another job alongside the one I ahve in the new year anyway. There must be something out there... I think having a job with flexi time doesnt help matters

Sammy, Thanks I dont think she understand how much I want this which is so annoying. I am going to go to the interviews, as you say if only for experience. If I dont get offered them its full steam ahead in the new year anyways :D

Bookie, £90 is for the whole month though  Its complicated but basically I pay it because we were never covered so I wanted to be insured because I cant afford to lose any of my possesions.

BB, thanks, I will go for them and see what happens next... Now I realise I should have done this years ago

Sally, thanks I cant get a grant from the prices trust because I am in employment. Nevermind there are prob more deserving people that need it anywyas. At least I have a job :T

    Lou & Becky, Thanks :)

I shall stop bringing the thread down now. I am watching Willy Wonka, I have just listed some things on ebay and I am now going to do some comps before bringing out my christmas decorations for my room

    :xmassign:

Ohh and the yankee candle christmas cupcake is sooo nice :D

What you got to do this week Sammy?

Well actually when I write it down, and compared to what other people do on here its not a lot...

Monday - full day in the office
Tuesday - oop north to do two days at SIL's trying to sort her finances out...
    Wednesday - see above
Thursday - full day at office
Friday - not sure in the morning but in the afternoon going over to a clients house to do a self assessment.

Its more the organisation of who is minding Chloe and when and how when I normally have time at home during the day.

Actually its a while since I have had to get myself into gear quite so much, it might do me some good...

I have a busy week coming up - for once I need to do a bit of BB style planning....

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I feel bizarrely relaxed this weekend. I've cooked for later tonight and the next 2 nights, done all the washing/ironing etc and got my ingredients ready and all my paperwork is sorted. I don't feel like I've done much though  I think the madness of last weekend before my parents came down mean that anything less is cruising! :rotfl:

Last 2 teaching sessions of the term tomorrow night and then back to just full time in the office. I won't know what to do with myself - well, I will, I will be able to dedicate the weekends to AQA to get some savings together - with the hand of fate chucking poo at me I want to be in the best position possible to avoid any/much debt when replacing my car in the coming weeks.

The hire car is pretty nice - don't like the driving position though, the pedals are much more central and I'm struggling to be comfortable. At least it's something I'm now aware of when I look at other cars.

okay just written it all down....its not as bad as I thought......I tend to panic and consequently end up doing nothing but I have just planned it all out and I am not panicking quite as much now..

Not sure when I turned into such a stress head...

That's interesting BB, I find citroen's more comfortable. Mine's got a much better seat, it's like sitting in a 'proper' chair, like a dining one.
