Right Mitchaa - final warning on this thread
waggy finger is officially out.
The whole point of these forums is that it is a place for people to come and ask questions anonomously and get a variety of opinions and advice. It is not about airing your dirty washing in public nor is it about putting your life online, it is safe because of its anonimity.
GG does not have to reveal any details of who she is nor her husbands employment nor where she lives, in fact if she did I would be deleting the details as there is a rule about exchanging personal details and it would breach the safety of her children and hence this board could be liable to prosecution under the child protection act. (Yes, I have done ALL of the training with work so you are all kept an eye on!)
One of the really nice things about this thread up until yesterday has been that this OP has come onto the boards patently upset and in shock and the tone of her threads has become more confident through the days, some of our more vociferous NRP's have been great and have not commented so I really fail to see Mitchaa why you should have made the comments that you have. The OP has her entitlement, she has made a private arrangement and she has been given sound advice, with a good legal standing on here, there is no need for your comments.
GG if you would like to PM me the name of the person who was asking for private details thenI will have a "word", waggy finger included! However it is great to see that you have the support of your MIL, my MIL was great when I split up from my ex and I spoke to her twice a week until the day she died, I still miss her today. Her son is still stupid but she told me that at the time - nothing changes!!
Take care of yourself and Daisy is right put Mitchaa on ignore, but let us know how you go, its always an emotive time in the run up to Christmas, so expect to cry a few more tears yet but remember that the Universe never gives us more than we can handle. My OH is away this Christmas so if you need a chat then either pop on here or PM me, sometimes when the kids have gone to bed is when its quiet and we all need a chat

Right Mitchaa - final warning on this thread
waggy finger is officially out.
I'm a little confused?
Have i been rude or caused a stir? Please show me my offensive post where i have belittled or caused distress to any poster. Please show me the post where i have name called or 'bullied' any particular on here?
Then please view my good friend LG's posts and do the same? She fires dogs abuse at me, I dont retaliate, but somehow i'm the 1 in the wrong:rotfl:
How is that fair
Standards are slipping and I should be reporting YOU Kimitatsu for favouring and siding with the disruptive posts:p0 -

Methinks our mitchaa is a little jealous of your hubby's earning potential since our mitchaa is completely driven by money (he'll deny it of course;)).
Why would that bother me? I have a career that will pay me all the way up until im 65. I dont need to worry about where my earnings will come from in 15yrs time:p
Footballers are paid a lot just now, but their careers are very short. £12k pm is double my household income, I have a footballer friend who earns 4x my monthly income, there's always someone better off than you.
The point i was raising which i think is very valid, is that sports careers are very short and that any CSA award just now will undeniably reduce in the future due to the very nature that come 35 most sportsmen are ready for the scrapheap.
If you were to use the £1600 CSA every month to pay for your mortgage only for age to catch up on the old chap and his award reduced to 0. Where would the £1600 mortgage money come from?
Surely a valid point and i dont know why im being shot down in flames
Oh and morning LG, been a while my old friend. Tell you what, the bairn is getting a little more expensive now. 2yrs old and running riot, he destroyed 3 bottles of smirnoff and 2 bottles of whisky the other day in the supermarket. I was left with a £50 bill:mad:;):p0 -
Who is the guilty chap, which football club does he play for? £12k per month is around £235k pa (so £4500pw)
You have to bare in mind his career is short, very short, so dont get used to the money because come 35, he wont be earning as he does now.I thought you said you only earned £600pm, how are you going to make that work?
LHA rates would only be for a 2bed place if you were going down the benefits path.
You are right, its nothing to do with me or anyone else but im a nosey bugg*r:D What other professional sports clubs pay £250k pa to employees? I'd be mightily surprised if he were not a footballer. Probably in championship or league 1 on that salary.
Tip...If you dont want anyone knowing your business, keep it off the internet my dear;)I'm a little confused?
Have i been rude or caused a stir? Please show me, my offensive post where i have belittled someone or caused distress to any poster.
You have been told from the above posts that it is none of your business what the OP's husband does - relevant passages are marked in red. The OP has enough on her plate to deal with without you starting sensationalist rumours that her husband is a premiership footballer
Please show me the post where i have name called or 'bullied' and particular on here?
The idea of these boards is that they are anonymous and so people are able to come and ask for whatever information they need. The OP is already under a lot of stress at the moment and your comments are unhelpful in the extreme. Her identity and any identifying factors are not required to give her the advice she has requested, and its not about direct name calling or "bullying" (although that comes in many forms) its about making these forums open to all. By condoning your asking for personal details this does not make this forum a level playing field. Comments such as keep it off the internet are uneccessary as none of us know who she is.
Then please view my good friend LG's posts and do the same? She fires dogs abuse at me, i dont retaliate, but somehow i'm the 1 in the wrong:rotfl:

When Loopy steps out of line she knows as well as I do that she will also get the waggy finger (renowned across these boards) and threads closed/posts deleted/threads moved but I would suggest that you go back through some of your old posts first and re read some of what has been written before you tell me that a good proportion of what she has written has not been stated by yourself.
Now enough derailing this thread, there will be no personal details disclosed, the OP seems to be doing quite nicely at the moment, and we are here to give impartial advice and support where appropriate.
Any issues with the above Mitchaa then the email address is abuse@moneysavingexpert.com or you can PM me

Little 1 was in the trolley when he knocked them over, I about had a heart attack when I turned round at the glass smashing. My fault, should have known better at parking him up beside expensive glass bottles.
I'm sure I will have worse to come :j
