So give them his forwarding address if you know it. Yes, technically they're not supposed to take it, but they will.

How is she taking money away from your daughter? You are entitled to 15% of his net income. That doesn't go down because she's with him.

    By spending his wages!!!!!!!

how is it then if they got married there incomes would be added together?

What they do with his income is of no relevance to you as long as you are receiving what you are supposed to legally, in child support.

Her income will never be included under the current rules, whether they are married or not.

Your beef should be with him, not her. I'm sure she's not stealing his money.

Hmmmm of well worth a try!!

He does have debts at my house he is not paying, and he is also on the tenancy as a joint tenancy, it is in arrears of £500 plus there is council tax arrears is he liable for half of each of these amounts???

How did the arrears come about on the rent and CT?

His new girlfriend has nothing to do with money paid to you for your children, so you're gonna have to either battle it out with the ex or go through the CSA.

Report her if she takes drugs.

Report him for lying about his working hours.

    Go to the CSA.

    Hold your head up.

Don't feel bitter and jealous ~ it really isn't worth it.

If there is arrears on the house you and your child is living in then I suggest you get that sorted out asap even if it means you paying it yourself otherwise you will risk getting asked to leave. Then you will be in an even worse position, and when a new potential landlord asks your current one for a reference they will be told you dont pay rent on time. Then you risk nobody letting you rent a house
