he is working ft although only 20hrs go through the books so the csa cant take wot im really entitled to...... it was £36 a week and is now £9 ive been waiting since August for it, but coz it thro his empoyer they've been delayin it was only when csa threatened them with courts etc that they have promised it will goto them 19 dec i should get it by then end of Dec0 -

Report him for lying about his working hours.

Through him not paying either!! he was spending it on things for his own pleasure, which i only found out about after he left,

If there is arrears on the house you and your child is living in then I suggest you get that sorted out asap even if it means you paying it yourself otherwise you will risk getting asked to leave. Then you will be in an even worse position, and when a new potential landlord asks your current one for a reference they will be told you dont pay rent on time. Then you risk nobody letting you rent a house0
