my ex partner is moving in with his new girlfriend will this affect how much i recieve???? she has no children..... will they combine their incomes???

He does have debts at my house he is not paying, and he is also on the tenancy as a joint tenancy, it is in arrears of £500 plus there is council tax arrears is he liable for half of each of these amounts???:mad:0 -
Is he named on the debts he is not paying? If no then all you can do is ask him for his share if he says no then there isnt much you can do about it I dont think!0

Yeah i can, when it is her taking the money away from my daughter!!!!!
if he can afford to rent privately with her, run a car/van, and go out thurs-sunday, therefore he can pay more for his daughter. He expects my partner to pay for everything for my daughter:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:0 -

How is she taking money away from your daughter? You are entitled to 15% of his net income. That doesn't go down because she's with him.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
