Okay, final post .... hopefully - the festive fizz is now showing on account as being charged at full price! Do you think I should chance the phone call to ask about the discount, or should I just cancel that part of the order! Is it too necky to ask ... or will I wait and do that once the other part of the order is despatched. Don't want them to cancel the whole thing?

ok - i have two orders - one says despatch 8th Dec (still - to be despatched soon)

the other (delivery estimate 11th Dec) despatched 5th December!!!!
recieved an email just now!!!!
