I've received an e-mail to say the order's been despatched and delivery will be on the 8th - yippee. It was only a small order of 5 things - didn't want to push my luck. Thanks for the tip!

Hopefully this is a bit of hope/reassurance for anyone whose order disappeared completely from M&S when they logged in to check their orders...

Ordered mine at 8-ish the morning of the glitch, had Order Confirmation email straight away; kept checking M&S site to see if my order status had been updated; then yesterday the order was completely missing and I had received no further emails to say order was cancelled. So, up until just now I assumed they M&S had caught on and were not going to honour the order (fair play really!) but just checked my inbox and was nicely surprised to see an email saying it's been despatched!!

The order is still very strangely missing from my account on the M&S site though but the email I now have states this: 'please note, this email indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase the above.'... and all for £3.50. I ordered 6 small items if that helps anyone.

Also, oddly, i have a tracking number on the despatch email but I cannot use it on the M&S Site because it shows I have no orders. Aghhhhh.

Still, i am quite hopeful that these things may arrive now.

Just received my despatch notice, I ordered 12 small items about 8.30 am, inc festive fizz, and all have been despatch for delivery on 8th dec.

My order isnt due to be delivered until 14th dec. So im hoping they wont cancel it before then!

Blimey, what a lot of posts since yesterday, I haven't read them all, so apologies if I am repeating something.

Firstly, this is by no means a whinge, moan, etc etc, just an observation. There doesn't seem to be rhyme nor reason to the despatches. Everything on my order seems to have been despatched to some-one somewhere.

I ordered before 2am, a delivery date of 8th, but my order still hasn't moved.

Also, codes used were
12.5% over £35 spend
10%
so this totals 22.5%..with the vat at 2.5% makes 25% plus the 75% glitch, this should have come to a total of 100% discount with just postage to pay, but it didn't work out like that for me in the very early stages of the glitch, although it did seem to kick in later.

Not sure, how they have worked it out but my totals read as:

Order Total: £140.00
TAKE VAT: £1.63
Spend & Save Dec: £9.95
Food Gifts: £34.13
10% off: £13.65
Gift Promo: £68.25
Grand Total: £12.39 You saved £127.61 on this order!

The percentages really don't make much sense to me, particularly the spend & save one which should be 12.5%, but I really can't be bothered dissecting it.
I'll just be grateful ...and surprised, for anything I get.

However, I suppose if I am honest, I will perhaps feel a little miffed if I don't receive some items if they are oos because they have been sent out to someone who placed a later order, (especially for just the price of the postage :rotfl:) but heyho..we shall see.

I'm just amazed and delighted M&S are honouring these orders, some of them at least.
