M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

I'm really pleased considering I had a disney dvd in this price too. This now means I can give presents to some people who I couldn't afford to buy for this year as i've not been working for a few months so had told a few people that I couldn't afford to buy things this year.

Has anyone established what it means when you no longer have the option to change the gift options, 2 of my items have that option removed now still with delivery estimate for the 14th dec, and still status still not yet despatched.

I know someone mentioned earlier this usually means stock has been secured on items when the option to change them disappears, just wondered if anyone else knew if this might be the case?

10% off: £13.65
Gift Promo: £68.25
Grand Total: £12.39 You saved £127.61 on this order!

The percentages really don't make much sense to me, particularly the spend & save one which should be 12.5%, but I really can't be bothered dissecting it.
I'll just be grateful ...and surprised, for anything I get.

However, I suppose if I am honest, I will perhaps feel a little miffed if I don't receive some items if they are oos because they have been sent out to someone who placed a later order, (especially for just the price of the postage :rotfl:) but heyho..we shall see.

I'm just amazed and delighted M&S are honouring these orders, some of them at least.

mine is the same sparky and i ordered at roughly the same time but i rang them and they have said my orders are definately confirmed.

Im wondering the same as only 1 thing on my order can be changed now! Also delivery estimate for the 14th!

Was in the Worcester M&S today and spotted 50% off xmas booze so had a look the whiskey sets were £6 and the festive fizz was £2.50 took one to the till but it went through as £5 and the S.A said he could not sell it, on heading out I collared a S.A who said she would check and said yes it was £5 but I could have one for £2.50 - was charged £2.32? I got that one for myself as I noticed the chocs and wine are suitable for vegans - great little treat for me:T

This S.A mentioned it to a manager whilst I was still in the store who said he would check it out - they removed the remainder. He said "cant be any worse than yesterdays online ordering situation!!!

My small order has not yet been dispatched but is for the 14th Dec.

My order was 2.44am and estimated delivery 8th Dec but just check and still not despatched.
