My 2 bottles of fizz are @dispatching soon, the wine with rack is still not dispatched and i can re-order my carafe sets i have been promised that when the carafe's come back into stock they will honour the price i orderd them at but i need to call to re-order them.

If anyone has had items removed from their order i suggest calling 0845 603 1630 and choose option 1 to query it. I called and basically said i was a little confused that my order confirmation (not dispatch) had to all the items listed yet when i have been checking my online status the items had been removed and i think your system has removed them. They were friendly and very apologetic so its in your best interest to give them a call as i think they are actually going to try and honour the orders.

Well I have decided to resist the account and just hope I see an email from them as I check my emails daily!! Im still optimistic after all these other orders have been honoured so roll on the 14th december!!

Just logged on to see what has been happening in the M&S Glitch world ... 10 pages up and it's great to see orders have been sent out. Still no despatch email for me either.

I absolutely daren't log on to my M&S account though in case its been cancelled.

I think the biggest I've seen so far being honoured was for over £200 and mine was well, well below this, so there's still hope yet!

Sorry, so excited about all of this - have just noticed the festive fizz has been cancelled off of the order ... not hugely upset as am still getting the after dinner set and the whisky set - for £3.50!
