My SL at sign up mentioned becoming a SL and when I was ready I approached her to become an SL, and she was great about it all.

So hopefully your SL/ASM will be just as great and sign you both up. :-)
  • Could be interesting to compare notes, phia! :j Think there's something about 'needing' 3-5 new reps to sign up - whether that's within a certain time period or not am not sure but think it's about time I did some digging. (Have sent a text to a friend to see if she can be persuaded.)

Heard of people signing up their OH but whether that's kosha or just to make up the numbers, again am not sure. Guess it would make financial sense to sign up your OH and if needs be just split your sales between you - provided you both hit HOV then theoretically you should earn more i.e. commission on sales and SL commission on OH's nett sales - yes/no? (Or wonder if I'm barking up the wrong tree?)

Thanks, aureol, but I've just lodged an official complaint against my ASM so not holding out much hope of any 'bonhomie' from that direction (although give her her dues she did pick up the phone to me - loads of excuses really and no apology ).

Time will tell..... Now I've been approached by a potential new agent though I really just want to get motoring... Must remind myself 'patience is a virtue' :rotfl:

    Hi MarsdenCuckoo

yes, you have to sign up 3 reps within your first 2 campaigns and they have to place MOV and you have to acheive your own personal sales qualifier to get the fast start bonus.

You start off as a Trainee Sales Leader so don't make commission on your team's earnings until you are a fully qualified Sales Leader. There is quite a bit to it, so best to talk to your own upliner first.

YOU can sign up your OH. I did this to achieve my first 5 to get my £50 bonus but I have requested his account to be closed as he doesn't like talking to our ASM and hates all the calls, etc, and while I was doing all the legwork and splitting our sales between the two accounts to make sure he hit MOV, I had to pay it from the sales and it was just too much for me. But if your OH like Lozza's does his own sales, etc and paperwork, it is a good idea.

My SL said she just puts her HT stuff through her OH's account but I don't want HT stuff every campaign especially right now with the gas bill being so high and I having to find the money to pay it.
