Personally if it's buy one get one free then I give the customer the free item to, similarly if it's 2 for x amount, and they think they should pay more I correct the amount as I feel it's fraud otherwise. If a customer hasn't taken advantage of buy 3 for £5 though as happens rcently, they only ordered one item at £3. So I ordered another 2 for myself as worked out v cheap for me. Same as MC I feel it gives your customer a good impression of you so can pay off in the long run. I always check th price in the other brochure and make extra profit that way/ get free items. So I'm honest to a degree lol!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Yes, I do roughly the same. If it's just that the customer hasn't noticed the freebie or multibuy then I come clean, but if they've ordered 2 when the offer is 3 for *** then I add up all my orders, divide by 3 and adjust as necessary (Avon automatically apply the multibuy price - if there is a freebie though, you have to remember to order it).
As far as I'm concerned, if it's a matter of back ordering to get a better price, then that's fair game as my customer had the opportunity to order at that price. I'll bet Tesco don't always pass on any saving on the purchase price

ROFL - don't know if it's me going mad, or Avon....:rotfl:
If you still have brochure 2, look at p35. It shows four different NV colours all £2.50 ea, save £3.50, then at the bottom of the page it says buy both for £5, save £6????????
Now I know I'm disnumerate, but even allowing for my lack of maths skills that doesn't make a lot of sense..............unless you know different

I saw that Elliebee, and couldn't understand it, but think they meant both items on each page, one of each item and that way you save £6, not 2 of the same product if you see what I mean?0

I think the website was having problems yesterday. I tried to input my campaign 4 order and it was coming up that I was on campaign 2. I emailed and have just looked it has now been sorted out.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -

I'd imagine everything is fine if you've submitted them in the usual way, it could be to do with the campaign cut off dates, at the end of this campaign you should get credited. Mine never show as pending, but just get credited on the change from one campaign to the next, so don't worry I'm sure it's all fine.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Just after a little advice - how long after a campaign ends can you order from the brochure?

Hi DingDong
When you goto C3, and put regular order, and on the page you normally input your order, on the left hand side, where it has the number 3, there is a little drop down arrow. Click on that and it will drop down and show you number 2. You can order the orders on C2 and this will qualify them for their vouchers.0
