Yes we'll only earn the usual £1 with them selling for £4 - the "award sales" that it refers to, is how much it will show you have sold them for if you are aiming for PC for example, and I would assume they would count as £8 towards mov/hov as well, but don't quote me on that! Thanks for that. I threw the leaflet in the bin. Only problem still is that it shows in subtotal as costing £8 to Customer £3 to us with comm of £5.
The £5 comm knocks my tax figures way out. If it shows on invoice as £5 comm then I pay tax on that not the actual £1 I did actually earn . Awaiting reply from then re the tax issue and what will appear on the actual invoice.

I'd just alter your own records re the tax - you only have to pay tax on your actual earnings afterall, they don't go entirely from your avon invoices. If your turnover is less than £30k (which I'm imagining it will be) - then all you need to declare in any case is total incomings (ie all the money you get from your customers), and total costs (cost of the products, along with samples, books etc etc), you don't need to break it down any further than this.

I have just looked at my online invoice for camp 2 which is being delivered to me on Weds. And these two things are listed in the not being charged for section...
