Quick question re The £5 off selected makeup in brochure 2. I had 13 vouchers . Not all were from custoners however I shared them out among people I thought might use them. If they don't use them can I put them through on free products and if so does the amount count towards my HOV. If i order 6 lipliners at £5 but free on the offer does the £30 of free goods count.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

Sorry, Lozza, can't help per se but if anyone buying the Bargain Bags would post up the contents then maybe - just maybe - you may even find the exact product you're after..... Just a thought!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon

Interesting question, denise; look forward to the answer.
When I read that Avon didn't actually want the vouchers returning (and they all carried the same code) I realised that we could give them away but still use them if our customers didn't!Am guessing that we'll get credited with £3.70 i.e. normal nett cost of a £5 item
Hopefully someone, who's already received their campaign 2 order will enlighten us.

Can't answer your question yet Denise. My C2 doesn't go in until 24 december. I was hoping to get a couple of orders for it today, but the ladies were off sick, so hoping they will call and let me know they want to order as they had the vouchers.0

Found out something new today.
Customer Service are phoning Reps on contract and having follow up calls with them. See how they are getting on with Avon, talking about theirs sales, etc. One of mine received a call and was offered territory, which I was going to talk to her about, but they beat me to it!
My SL told me they started doing this in the last year, as people were putting fake reps through to get the bonuses, etc.
So anyone who is an SL, expect your team to receive a call from customer service to see how they are getting on, if they don't already do territory, to offer it to them, etc.0 -

Hi yes avon do a credit check - as they are sending products to you, then receiving payment for them afterwards so they need to cover themselves.....but I wouldn't worry about your credit score. My MIL who can't get a contract mobile due to a poor credit rating, was accepted as rep no problem! Mostly Avon seem to just be checking for if you have done avon before - and if you have, did you leave owing money. Don't worry about it!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Thanks for letting us know! Good idea really, there must be a lot of SL who don't do things properly to hit the targets so nice to know avon are bothering to check up on things!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Ahhh I've had enough! My ASM put a card through the door whilst I was at work. Some rep started doing one of my streets and she complained to the ASM. The ASM is asking me why I'm doing the street as I'm not down for it?!!
I've been doing Avon for 4-5 campaigns now, I was given 2 BIG streets, with only 1 customer on each. Now I'm told they aren't my streets?! My SL (very experienced SL may I add with about 200 staff under him) got me those 2 streets from the ASM a few months ago.
Well I'm keeping those 2 customers no matter what happens, I barely get enough orders as it is, I strongly rely on family. I'm so annoyed0 -

I I might even have a monthly meeting and invite my area - for a Q+A in a church hall or something.
Rant over, just wish the call centre was a little easier to speak to as then I wouldnt be on here or bothering my ASM at all.

sorry, forgot to reply to you.
To find out who your DSM is, email Customer Service through the website, and ask them for your DSM's details, you will need to give your account number and postcode, they will send you info.
There ARE monthly meetings, they are called CALL INS. But for some reps their "local" meeting is too far away or like mine during the day, which doesn't suit those who work full time.
And I always email Customer Service through website rather than phone, cheaper that way, and dealt with by Corby office.0
