Just sent in my second ever order! Yeh! @£200 Yeh!! Best part of my first and second camps orders are due to my mum being poorly and not able to do her xmas shopping, shes insisting I keep the commission too. I love my mummy!!

Ive requested a replacement for a lipsrick as in previous post somewhere, but I cant see it anywhere on my present order? On my order history page it says 'stored' for the replacement. Will it be automatically added on?

Sounds like you haven't sent your request for a replacement to Avon yet - you need to go to the next stage and/or press the submit button. Sorry not au fait as yet with directing others; just about finding my own way around. (As far as I know the 'store' feature is so you can gather all your returns/replacement requests together and send them back in one box.)

Due to put in my order today, I've been off work sick for a couple of days in bed and realised this morning that I haven't paid my balance. Paid it on line this afternoon at 3:30pm, but its not updated yet on the site.
If I submit my order will it all work itself out at avon's end??

my last order my account took a while to update after I paid it .

Just collected in the last few books form my territory and have another order ... Last biug spender with an order of £2.50 - this brouchure just doesn't seem to be doing it for me . but I am looking on the bright side as its a new customer

I am usually ahead of myself and place my order a couple of days before. Unlike me I waited till almost the last minute before placing my order tonight don't know why!! Just had 2 people call with an order £55 and £11. One ordering for the second time and one an old neighbour who I thought had taken a book to be polite. So I decided to call one of my ladies who was at her daughters when I delivered her order and who said she had an order. She had forgotten so yet another £11 order. Also a message from someone I did school Xmas fair with who took away 3 books resulting in £7 this order and £7 brochure 2 . I thonk I might chase up one or two next time who I don't get books back from. Bumped up my Xmas figures by £84. Unusually for me the money I make is all mine this time as I don't have any items. Roll on next week when I can do my big Xmas grocery shop after I have delivered all my goodies!!!!!

hi every one i did not think avon would work but have been surprized by the amount of orders i have received :jme and my husband have both started doing it and have had to placed orders on both accounts and first order limit on the one account was not high enough to cover the orders i placed an order online for mine but missed the deadline for my husbands can you tell me i done his on fast trak will i still get it on time for xmas

Hello...angry phia today!
I was supposed to have my delivery today. I had to go out for an hour so a neighbour house sat for me while i was out. I had a phone call from the corby depot at 1:03pm saying the driver was lost in my area so i gave directions. They called again at 1:13 and i directed them again. After failing to arrive i called them back at 2:19pm and was told that he couldnt find it so had returned to the depot and was 2 minutes away!! I asked how long the journey from my area to the depot was and was told it was 1 hour and 5 minutes so really the driver didnt waste any time leaving did he? In fact judging by the times recorded on my phone he would have waited less than one minute before returning! I was then told that the next delivery would be tuesday or wednesday! How can they send a driver who doesnt know where he is going without previously telling him where it is? And when they send another driver another day surely it would happen again if it really is so difficult to find my address?...which has been found for about 6 or 7 campaigns now. I spoke to the manager and he said he was happy with the way things were handled - which i dont agree with- and if i wanted to complain to do so through avon.

Whats the point in giving us delivery dates if the goods arent delivered on that date? I have already told all of my customers to expect me today and have let them down so have now had to call or text every single one of them and explain what has happened!...i actually sent 48 messages in one go! aside from that I plan everything around my AVON dates, I had someone to care for my child today while the delivery was sorted, I had someone to help me deliver them so i dont have to walk in the dark on my own and i had also planned to get as much as i can out of the way this weekend so i can have monday to do things...yet now i suppose ill be waiting in again to see whether the driver bothers to look for my address!

for gods sake! and when customers dont want the goods because they couldnt send it out on time for xmas then what happens? they wont care about us losing commission! WE are the ones who look like t***s and have to do all the sucking up to the customers when its not our fault!

I had ordered some little bits for my best customers as a little xmas thing..now its going to be tainted wth the thought that im only doing it because their orders were late! which isnt true! im soooo angry. monday and tuesday are the only days im going to have without my son so i can get the last few bits of xmas shopping out of the way and now ill have to mess around doing avon cr*p! its really not fair.

the woman on the phone didnt care either! 'oh its fine it will be here tuesday or wed!' yeah YOU explain to the customers then luv!

sorry for ranting but its either rant or cry and im not doing that over this!

a quiet week, avonwise, for me this week. Just been to collect some more books- no orders, 2 people out and 1 couple don't want a book anymore.... bit of a low one for me this month theen- I'm only on £138 for C01.....nevermind, I was expecting december and january lull. Still re-canvassing and I have until Thursday. Not even thinking about C02
