Thank you aureol212, my sales leader is going to come to my house on monday and show me how to place an order online so was panicking that I wouldnt have any orders to process :o

How have you boosted your sales from £0 to £400+ thats amazing?!:T

  • Congrats aureol :T and welcome kellylb from me too. (Not sure but am guessing aureol's figures are her commission; not sales.....)

My sales figures are quite good but no idea where my commission goes... oh yes, my home is FULL of Avon products! :rotfl:

  • Thanks for the welcome! My gosh those figures are commission! I really need to get cracking! I dont have much confidence to approach people at work and ask if they are interested but i am working on it, however i think there are lot of reps in my area therefore everyone seems to know someone who sells avon products! :)
  • Hey everyone. Really can't be bothered this campaign, feeling the stresses of work (both jobs) and getting everything for Christmas, parties etc etc.
I know it's the last one and then I am missing out a camp then when I come back I am only going to do people that have ordered before for a while. I just want my evenings back. Have 2 jobs so not getting much time to myself any more.
Was meant to deliver a load tonight, done half, which means I now have to change the collection date on all the cats I've prepared. I need some time out!!
  • Oh, was meant to ask, a customer asked if in C1 on pg 42-43 she can have the big eye pencil for free if she buys another eye pencil, but on that page you get something else free - what shall I do? Wait to see if anyone else orders something from C18 for people on my last campaign and sell to her at a discount? Or just say I can't do it?

you DO get the pencil free if you buy any product
  • Any product on that page - all mascaras. I'll just have to tell her that she can't have it unless she buys a product on that page.

whoop whoop, just seen my SL statement! Yay, finally qualified, in C4 as SL! yay!

    Congratulations !!!!

It's so exciting when you qualify as a Sales Leader and especially seeing your 1st statement.
I started off with £5 commission from my team on my 1st statement, and this campaign I've received £66. It's going up slowly but surely.

    Well done yet again!!

Thank you Koeksister - for a change I actually did quite well! My first statement was a huge £35.50 commission from my team... go team.. go team... go team.

I will have to think of something suitable for the one member who has been putting in really high sales.

And the figures in my signature - wish they were commission! No, this is my total sales each campaign. I would love it if these were my commission. Could afford a holiday eventually.

As I said, am not sure..... some people quote their sales figures. Was going to post my figures but not sure whether they are sales or commission figures....

As for approaching your colleagues.... just take a deep breath and rather than look on it as trying to sell something, look on it as trying to save your friends some money and/or make them aware of all the latest Avon bargains. With the Avon policy of being able to return anything within 90 days - tried or untried - then what do they have to lose? Really easy to return goods and I gather it's quite common for experienced reps to suggest to people to buy 2 or 3 of something for them to choose in the comfort of their own home and you'll happily return whichever one(s) they don't want. (Bit like M&S but you deliver free!)

Am really having a blast, as a rep you can try anything you want totally free and return it if you don't like it before you even have to pay for it! Whoohooo!!!
