) My question is do I just keep picking up and dropping books and collecting orders until 11th March and then put one main order online? And there seems to be a problem with registering on the website (my asm is looking into it) so what will I do if it isn't resolved by 11th March? Could it be because my credit rating is poor?
Thanks in advance for any replies

As lozza says, if you've got your account no. through then you should be able to register online. (In my experience ASMs are not very pro-active sometimes so try again and again and again, if necessary, to register yourself.) Keep putting your books out as long as you can - cut down the amount of time you leave them at houses and/or if you're a 'stuffer' try being an 'asker' - out of 120 houses you'll be lucky to find more than 25/30 customers.
Once you're registered online you can start to input your orders rather than leave it all until the last minute. The system allows you to input and save your order, adding to it as/when you like. It's also a good idea to see if you can maximise the value of your order i.e. 'creative ordering' before you start to input your orders. Sometimes customers don't want to take advantage of offers or miss them and/or if they've ordered from your current campaign the product may be cheaper in your back campaign. Takes a bit of time but I think it's well worth doing.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

One for Lozza or anybody else who tried it ...
Have made up some small cardboard flyers and sprayed them with the body mist in Bali Bliss. I did two experiments ... sprayed one card 4 times, and one card 2 times, to see if the extra sprays made any difference.
Well ..... can't smell much difference in strength between them. Also the spray is sparkly which makes the card look nice and sparkly!
BUT ....... the scent isn't lasting really. I sprayed them on Tuesday night and by this morning (Thursday) there's not much smell left on the card.
Lozza or anybody else who has tried this - how did you get on? Any ideas?

Hiya girls,
Just thought I would ask on here, I have signed up as an Avon rep as my current avon lady is going on maternaty leave. Would it be cheeky if I emailed her to see if she could pass my details on to her 'clients' should they continue to want things from Avon? I didnt want to email her as I think its cheeky, but OH says why not!
Your thoughts appreciatedxx

babyfreckles, yes I would e-mail her and ask if she would like a book from you or if she had any customers she would like you to 'look after' while shes not giving out books, it works both ways then, you may aswell make some money from her customers while shes not, her customers will be happy and atleast she knows she'll get them back at the end so they dont go to someone else and not her again, theres no harm in asking but make sure she knows you will give her them back when she wants x0

After my rant yesterday about one of my customers becoming an Avon rep Ijust had had an Avon book posted through my door. My ASM said that I could drop my road as they are my neighbours and my road wasn't allocated at the time. Should I take the book back to the rep that's just dropped it and explain the situation to her? I've only had orders from 1 person on my road but obviously I don't want to lose her as a customer seeing as it looks like I'm gonna be losing some of my other customers due to the army/navy thing but I don't want to start a turf war with this new rep! It really seems as if since I started doing Avon (only on my 3rd campaign now) my area is becoming completely saturated with reps!Proud wife to a soldier and mummy to two gorgeous boysDealing with our Debt Barclaycard £2022.98 RBS £1249.86 Next £183.03September Groceries £120/£102.05:( September Packed Lunches 22/6Sealed Pot Challenge #9940

Hi!
Delivery here and brill except.. I have returned a concealer today but thought I'd ordered a replacement and obviously havn't as not in order or on invoice. I have gone into replacements on my account but it only lets me look at C4 and C5. The concealer was from C3 and part of the anew bonus bag deal. I have clicked on show last 3 invoices but it wont. Still has only 4 and 5 i dropdown too. Am I doing something wrong?0 -

Why not pick up the phone YM? That's what I've done whenever coming across another agent covering my customers? Provided you're friendly and diplomatic then hopefully things will be resolved easily and amicably.

Ta,
Think I suggested it a while ago - but don't get my delivery until Monday so haven't actually tried it out yet! The card I've got is pretty porous so hoping it will last - I may well decant out some of the fragrance into a bowl and "dip" the bottom of the cards into it if spraying it doesn't last too long, can always pour the remainder back into the bottle. For the price of one bottle it won't cost too much, much cheaper than buying the amount of samples I'll need for all mine/oh & mil customers! And any thats left I can keep for myselfAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Sometimes there are gremlims on the system. If you still have your paper invoices/customer form to find out the product number, I'd email avon through the "contact us" form, and explain that you want to return x item and receive x item in return (give full description & product code) and they should sort it out manually for you. mil had to do that to get a replacement for a foundation for a customer which was ordered in c3, but it wouldn't let her do it herself, even though it was within 90 days, she emailed & they sorted it out for her.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
