I have also had to pay the £15 admin fee split over the first 2 campaigns which I have also read somewhere that Avon can charge later once you are a bit more established.

No, this is definitely not the case. You may be getting mixed-up with the £25(?) SL fee. The £15 Rep fee is always taken in two parts during your first two orders.

Nope; I live on the Wirral and work in Liverpool and I can honestly say I haven't seen one anywhere around here. . . . so grr to the Range for not having a shop up here - hang on I'm just going to google it....

Nope nearest is Southport and that is a day out for me! :(

One of my customers has asked me about Avon's policy with regards to Animal Testing and whether I can supply a list of products which have been tested on animals.

    Can anyone help?
  • Hi everyone, just been and collected some more books in and totted up my orders so far and I only need another £26 to get to HOV! I know most of you make it every campaign but this is my scond campaign and I don't have any family who live nearby to order from so this is all litrally from my territory! Gonna hit the baby and toddler groups we go to now to see if I can bump it up a bit!

I thought this year that Avon had stopped doing the admin charge for new sign ups? Sure I read it on the new 'newstart' page or whatever it is, where you get free samples etc in your first few orders?

Avon are trialling with certain groups if a Rep hits MoV in the first campaign, on time, etc waiving the first £7.50 Admin fee, and a second group is testing waiving the second £7.50 admin fee.

As far as I know, we still have to give out 20 books for first campaign and 20 books for secon campaign.

That's what I have been doing. The thing that stopped was the free books when you hit MOV in both 1st and 2nd Campaign.

And unfortunately some parts of the country, including where I am, isn't having any of the admin fees waived, new reps will just be on the smart start scheme as normal.

As a minimum you need to be given 20 books for your first campaign, and 20 for your second campaign this hasn't changed. If your sl won't give you any for your second campaign then I suggest you put a complaint in.

Edited to add / just noticed I put 40 books for each campaign which is wrong it's 20 books per campaign so 40 in total must have been having a blonde moment lol

    Hello!
I got one of the gyroscopic strength balls and it took me ages to figure out how to use it. This link is to a note explaining how:

    Hope that helps!

Thanks Rah. Since first posting about this I was just about getting the hang of it (I was trying to do it palm up instead of palm down, which makes it a lot easier.... Doh!) but then got over-confident, pulled the cord wrongly and got it stuck! (Double Doh!) Soooo frustrating that I think I can now do it but I can't because I can't get the cord out! Have requested a replacement so will try again next campaign.
