Thanks laurasavon. I was starting to wonder if I was giving too few books! I actually had spares of previous campaign where I couldn't recruit anyone so have given these in addition to my new reps, so they are going to get 60 books to help them on their way....0

Consumer statutory rights mean a faulty item can be returned for either repair, refund or replacement for up to 2 years after purchase. This rarely happens with our products but if it does, give us a call to discuss further.
From the Avon Website in answer to a question about products that are outside the 90 day guarantee.0 -
Just a quick question from me - is it the diamond mascara or normal one in the loyalty pack in HT 4? Have been catching up on the thread and couldn't see anything about it but may have been speed reading a little to quick!
I got the normal one; 2 black, 3 brownMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I think I'm right in saying that they stopped all animal testing (including on individual ingredients) in 1989.......unless anyone knows better?'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

In the case I am quoting the lady died suddently so if debts are written off when someone dies it seems to me that it's unfair for Avon to be showing a black mark against the widower - yes/no? Only met him for the first time last week but from what I gather they are lovely family and very well thought of in the town. Don't want to be poking my nose in but if his credit rating generally is being adversely affected unnecessarily then I would really like to help in some way..... just not sure exactly how - any advice?
It's going to take a little while to filter through, then the debt info will get erased on all systems eventually I would imagine.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

No new ingredients or products are tested on animals, however some ingredients have been around for years and they may have been tested on animals when they first came out but that's the same for all companies they can't avoid certain ingredients just because they USED to be tested on animals. Nothing that Avon does currently is tested on animals in anyway.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Thanks Lozza and Ellliebee - have been googling since and found that on the US site but nothing on the UK site.
Was hoping to be able to give my customer a web link that they could have a look at as apparently her teenage daughters are vegetarian and they are concerned! Have emailed avon through the website, so if I get anything and its a web link I'll post it on here.0 -

the black dots aren't just held against the address it's the person they relate to that's important as well so no it won't affect the widower.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
