There are two discrete aspects here:

    1) The credit agency aspect of a debt which affects an individual

    2) The 'black dots' on the Avon system which highlight an address with Avon debt

Had to smile this morning, I was looking on the system, found lots of houses with 2 black dots - so two people who went to debt at the same address (but I don't know if it was the same time or months/years apart).....but the best one I found was an address with 4!!!!!!!!!! Guessing its unlikely that 4 people joined & went to debt at the same time lol, so must have been over a period of time. I wonder what the record is?!?!?!

Yes - as you get samples for hitting targets in campaigns 1 & 2, campaigns 3 & 4, and then campaigns 5 & 6, so if you hit target again in this campaign, which will be your 6th campaign with avon, then you'll receive the next lot of samples. As you didn't hit target in C2 thats why you didn't receive free samples with your latest delivery.

For those of you that run a loyalty card. Do you usually specify a particular product as the reward? Or do you say something along the lines of 'free mystery gift'? If the latter do you specify a minimum value, eg 'free mystery gift worth at least £6'?

  • Well my ASM called me yesterday evening and is sending me out my pack with my brochures and agreement. Should have by early next week. She also emailed me my territory so I'm going to be doing lots of walking. Should I include a business card/postcard in my first brochure drop introducing myself? I am so excited to be doing this :)

charmingknitter, welcome to the thread and good luck with your avon business.

Did your ASM come to see you? She cannot do postal agreements, she has to physically come to your house and see you. She can post brochures to you but if she comes to see you, she can bring them with her.

A few of the ladies on here, did a short introduction letter with their book drops if they were stuffing rather than knocking, introducing themselves as the new avon rep, etc.

Some parts of the country are on a postal system so the asm will post stuff out and doesn't need to visit, however a sl still would need to.

I just put a free mystery gift and don't specify a value, as all customers get a free gift with every 6 orders regardless of how much they spend. This way the people who never spend above £2 get a cheaper gift and those who spend more get a better gift.
