problem with this reply is, if my customer's like the makeup the model is wearing, I could reply "it is the model's own, or the makeup artist's own" or like I did last time, quickly look through the book and say it is that one!

I'm just about to put in my C4 order, and I thought it would be nice to get some samples to give to my customers as freebies along with their order when I deliver. But of course I don't want to get samples that they can't actually order from C5 should they wish to!!

they are promoting too many offers, their half price offers etc, that's why they are not in C5.

They are in C6 though. Unscripted is going to be reduced to £10.40, saving £5.60 and in bloom is £16.


by the way there is a competition running on Facebook and Twitter to win the in bloom and it is open to Reps too!

star stickers - whsmith, hobbycraft, poundland, 99p shops, HomeBargains. Even some cheap shops like poundstretcher, those cheap shops that sell stuff at "discounted" prices. Anywhere with kids stuff.

Hi All

Not been on for a while. Little one is waking 3 times during the night for feeds and I had forgotten how tiring that is Also my 2 year old has taken to waking during the nigth too but at different times to the baby arrrgghh.

Anyway just a quick question has anyone ordered the 'business essential' set from HT 6 and recieved them yet? Are they good quality/worth it?

A couple of quick questions...

On page 22? of start up booklet 1 it says........
30% and 25% commission respectively for MOV and HOV.
I'm confused! Doesn't take much!

I started on C18.. hit HOV C18 and C1, 99p on C2 !!!!, hit HOV on C3 and I think C4 so do I qualify for any samples etc or have I missed out due to C2?

When I was a customer my rep never did anything like this - aren't my lot spoilt? !! Sample selection will prob include 3 or 4 samples, and free gift will prob be a 99p job.

Good tip but a little query - are you sure the stickers will come off again or does that mean your books are wrecked i.e. you won't be able to use them again (or maybe you only use your books once)?

Where can I find a list of recently discontinued products? One of my customers usually orders the clearskin astringent but we can't see it anywhere in brochure 3, 4 or 5 xx

That was discontinued BUT look in the latest HT, they have overhauled the clearskin range and a new version is coming out soon

Log into your account. Click on the 'Training' tab and then under the heading 'Downloads' you should see a link that says ''Bye Buys". Click on this and it'll open up a pdf document that lists all the discontinued products from C4 2009 onwards with "If they liked this they'll love this" suggestions for replacements. Had a quick look - no mention of Clearskin in the doc though!
