    A glimmer of hope in the run up to xmas- my re-canvassing worked :) I just got an order from a new customer for £17.75- so the samples and choccy were enjoyed :D

  • Hi everyone, I'm a trainee sales leader and wondered how you sales leaders get so many reps signed up? Im really struggling to get people, Iv asked everyone I know and put prospecting cards in all my avon books and also stood in a shopping centre handing out prospecting cards and have still only managed to find one Rep! Im getting some stickers put on my car this week, what should they say? Thanks xx
  • hey, i think ive worked out how the credit limit works
    say if your original limit was 200 for 1st campaign and your order was 200----the cost to pay for your order would be 150
    2nd campaign limit would be 300
    2x the cost of your order, not your sales total.

    this was worked out with my asm today and she seems to agree with me as she went through people limits and their orders and it seems to tally up.
    2015.......I aim to have a tidy de cluttered house by Xmas :)

    for requesting an immediate replacement, when you do your returns (under replacements) follow the steps through, right at the very end there are 2 choices at the bootom right side - replacement, and immediate replacement.

    rep[lacements come in your next delivery, immediate ones come in the post.hth


    dammit i knew i was forgetting something when doing replacemtns. i just assumed they would come with the next order as theyre so close this time. thanks. helpful in the future x

    I buy leads from there, as they are people who have responded to websites looking for reps. These aren't the ones who sign up through the avon website.

    bit annoyed with Avon at the moment. I ordered a Storm wallet that was in HT 1. When I received the delivery I had a note to say wallet was out of stock and I would get a credit on my next invoice. Got my invoice with my C18 order on Friday and low and behold no credit. Tried phoning and couldn't get to speak to someone so emailed them. Reply I got was that I would be credited £5.00 on my next invoice but I was charged £8.50!! On my original invoice it clearly states your cost £8.50 so why am I losing £3.50???:confused:
  • Empathise with you; have also had a few less than satisfactory experiences with Avon Customer Services over the phone. I have, however, just had a great response to a little problem I emailed them about. (Pretty sure aureol mentioned emailing was a good route to resolve any issues so 'thanks' aureol!)

    Will revert to emailing rather than phoning through any probs in future.

  • Well its delivery day tomo and online it says Im getting 9 boxes. However have ordered loads of brochures so think thats what most of it is made up of. Got a Storm handbag coming that I ordered for myself so cant wait lol.

    Has anyone made up a leaflet I could nick to put through flats. As they all have entryphones, thought it would be easier to put a leaflet through with my number and email on but not sure how to word it.

    Yeah each pack of brochures will count as one box, and usually large handbags etc come as separate items so they also count as one box.
    Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A
