No time to organise now before Christmas but Vistaprint run various offers re. calling cards, postcards (useful for writing a message on and looks very professional), post-it notes and ink stamps (saves hand writing your details on the order forms). Usually you can get most, if not all, of them free - you just pay for the postage.
In flats by us there's a 'Trade' button, which enables anyone to open the door pre 11 a.m. (i.e. for postmen etc.) - worth checking your flats to see if they use the same system.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi all, a quick word of caution when using the vistprint site. There is quite a big thread on here about them asking you to "opt out of a club" if you don't they take money from you each month through the card details you give them to pay for postage.
I have used them and was ok but a lot of people have missed the box and had payments taken.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -

I've never seen this but never had a problem with money being taken out of my account either.0 -
bit annoyed with Avon at the moment. I ordered a Storm wallet that was in HT 1. When I received the delivery I had a note to say wallet was out of stock and I would get a credit on my next invoice. Got my invoice with my C18 order on Friday and low and behold no credit. Tried phoning and couldn't get to speak to someone so emailed them. Reply I got was that I would be credited £5.00 on my next invoice but I was charged £8.50!! On my original invoice it clearly states your cost £8.50 so why am I losing £3.50???
If the item was out of stock then you shouldnt have been charged for it until it was in stock! If you were charged for it you can credit yourself online!0 -

Email avon back and tell them your original cost was £8.50 - so you should be credited this amount.
£8.50 was your cost price wasn't it? Not the order price? Even then, they shouldn't be charging you for an item not in stock.0 -

Hi, I don't know how to do links to things sorry.
If you have a look on the Praise, Vents and warnings board. It is on page 2 at the moment under Warning shopper discount & rewards. It has been going on a few years, it is not just vistaprint though, interflora and some airlines are mentioned too.
As I said I have used them with no problems but many others have not been as fortunate and been caught out.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0 -

There u go :-D0 -
that's really interesting angelsmomma. Thanks for that, I never noticed anything like that when I signed up but I am quick to untick a lot of boxes except what I actually want. So maybe it was there and I unticked the first time?
Just checked my account to make sure, there is a second box about receiving offers and promotions from other companies which I had unticked, I am assuming it is this one that is causing problems for everyone.0 -
Hmm... Had no idea about the probs with Vistaprint; have used them a few times and not noticed any probs. Maybe I was lucky (I doooo tend to misunderstand offers - particularly in the supermarkets!)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon
