  • Hi everyone,

I have recently had to stop the avon and have brochures 15, 16, 17 and 18. If anyone wants free brochures and some other bits such as calling cards, please let me know. All free to whoever can collect them. I live in Edinburgh.

    thanks

Email avon back and tell them your original cost was £8.50 - so you should be credited this amount.

£8.50 was your cost price wasn't it? Not the order price? Even then, they shouldn't be charging you for an item not in stock.

I have emailed them so I won't hear back until tomorrow. Yes the cost price was £8.50 as I had ordered it from HT for myself. I thought it was a bit cheeky of them to make me pay for it and then include a letter in with my order to tell me it was oos. Lets hope i get a better response tomorrow
  • Well my delivery is here so just made a nice cup of tea ready to start ticking it off. Hoping theres not much missing though have checked paperwork and the gift I ordered for my cousin as she got me soooo many orders is OOS (Bond Girl Gift Set FYI)

Wish me luck (especially as my kitten is having great fun jumping from box to box lol )
  • Thanks for all the replies, just wondering if anyone had actually used the dry oil spray as insect repellent? As I dont want to recommend it if its not going to work.
    Thanks

Hi Becky, it really does work! This particular oil spray has 100 uses and they are all tried and tested.

My friend went to Scotland and went out on one of the lochs, where there were lots of midges. The guy on the bottle was selling these bottles at £6 a pop! And people were buying them as they really were stopping them being bitten by the midges.

My friend came back and told me all about it and I said to her, I knew about the product, didn't know you were going Scotland, you could have bought it from me a lot cheaper!

My C1 isn't due til the 17th and delivery the 22nd - if that isn't pushing it then I'm not sure what is :)
Off to collect books tonight from a new street I was given - feeling pretty good about it (due to the new customer from next door that I got)!
Just wonderingif any of you ladies saw the small article on Avon in the Sunday Mail supplement yesterday? Was quite good, I'm just hoping some potential customers read it as well! :D If not I may have to put a copy in with the books I give out tomorrow!
