.....and not only that - some Families don't 'do' Mothers Day (mine & my Son-in-Law's for a start), and then there are people who have recently lost a Mum....

In any case, as you've said, some of us are putting that brochure out either too early or too late for it.

can any1 help please,i was going to finish after xmas,but hav been talked into carryin on by my customers,so i sent for camp 4 books,well 2 of them love the smoothing balm,for hair,it's a white tube with a red lid,and it's not in,i've asked a friend to look in camp 3 book for me,because i havn't got any and she can't see it in there either.does any1 know if they have stopped doin it ?

Hi All, I had my first avon party last night. It went really well I took £235 in orders, £33 in my bargain basket and made £5 profit from my buy a square. Best of all I got 2 more party bookings. Just the boost I needed after my still continuing issues with territory. I am still being issued with streets and when I got to canvass it I am finding out that yet again someone else is already covering it, 6 streets so far. I have another one to try today so fingers crossed.

not been very well so not posted this week.i don't know what's been going on in my head but i thought my C4 order went off this coming Tuesday but it was actually THIS week.Wednesday was total chaos as i had to contact customers asking if they had orders/explaining what had happened-i was due to pick books up on Thursday!

Hi angelbreeze found one in Book 4, but it is called Moisture Sleek Smoothing Cream code 03285 £2 half price and it white tube with blue lid and blue writing?

WOW! That's fantastic - well done!

I'm also having problems with street allocations. My ASM has been brilliant trying to sort it out for me!

There is one Rep who has over 250 houses allocated to her in my area but only orders a handful of brochures each campaign. Well, to cut a long story short she is not bothering to canvass the roads she's been given, but has been canvassing 3 roads that I've been given including my own road!!!!! My ASM was pretty annoyed about the situation, so she's now sorted it, but it probably will mean me making sure I fully canvass all my roads for at least 3 campaigns to show my 'new' customers that I can in fact be bothered with them, LOL!

Is this it??.....



If it is, the product you're referring to is "Avon ADVANCE TECHNIQUES Super Straight Smoothing Balm". It was discontinued in Campaign 17 2009, and the recommended alternative is "Advance Techniques Moisture Sleek Smoothing Cream" code 03285.

ye Bexr thats the one,didn't know they had discontinued it,i'll suggest they try the alternative one then,if they don't like it,they can send it back
