right then, I have bought a tin :) i have also been hunting round the house for all the odd bits of change that get put down and have started the whiskey jar off with ...... Drum roll please........
    £6.24 lol

The sealed tin is for anything above 20p pieces.

As well as saving the pennies I managed to buy 2 whole chickens for £1.09 each yesterday and a big pack of mince for £1.20, roasted one chicken last night ans had chicken sandwiches for tea hubby made some for his dinner today and I Will strip whats left for a curry and bought a single leek to cook off the carcass and make !!!! a leekie soup x so nearly 4 meals out of a £1.09 chicken. Althoug tea tonight will be corned beef hash as hubby opened a tin of corned beef and has only got through half of it and i refuse to keep wasting food!!

I am considering writing a diary lol, have to wait and see though!

    P x x
    Make £10 a day Feb £ /£280
  • Henna you should defo start a diary!! Im loving all the meals made out of the chicken!! and not wasting the corned beef! This is right up my street and I would definately follow you :D
