I don't think they are sending out the higher priced freebies as such, maybe some people have got lucky and if anyone receives an order let us know! The glitch hasn't been corrected but I think they must have thousands upon thousands of orders judging by how quickly stock is getting emptied. Hoping everyone gets lucky this time!

I'm having exactly the same problem LuSiVe, it's sooo annoying!! I just wanted to get some half price hand cream and some 3 for 2 bubble bath but it has refused all my cards I have phoned my bank and they say there is nothing wrong with my cards, and they have been accepted elsewhere in the meantime :rolleyes:

I'm sorry you're having problems but I'm glad it's not just me, I was really worried my card had been used for fraudulent transactions at first!

My card failed 3 times but went through on the fourth attempt!

I made two orders earlier this week, one order included 3-4-2 Christmas items and one didn't.

I've not received any emails from the BS for either order. No confirmations or cancellations or despatch notes.
Yesterday both orders showed as "paid" in the order history section of the website.
Today, neither order is shown on the order history section of the website.

Now I'm wondering what is going on. Has anyone else seen this sort of thing with their account?
Maybe the website is struggling to cope with all the business they are getting this week.

I called them this morning. They say that they have a glitch on their system regarding confirmation emails and customers have reported not getting them and they are working on it just now.

She confirmed both of my order numbers - one order was just a normal 3for2 with no higher amount freebies. She said that it was showing to be dispatched today.

I have now received a dispatch email for that.

My 2nd order she confirmed also (didn't go into detail as not to highlight the glitch!) she says that she think that's due to be dispatched today also (but i'm not expecting email till sat as didn't order till weds!

Mine wont work either. I would like to call them but I have 2 orders waiting to be dispatched so dont want to risk it x

I'd forgotten that my card was rejected at first and only went through on the second attempt.
