I'm getting a bit nervous about this one, as I ordered from the Body Shop a couple of months back and I got an email right away and the order came withing 3 days.
I'm going to leave it until later on this afternoon and then give them a call. Will report back what they say.
I said earlier in the thread that I always got a confirmation email from them straight away, but i just checked my account and i never got one for an order I placed sunday night and which has now been despatched. So I'm assuming they're just snowed under with the amount of orders they're getting. As long as the order shows on your online account I wouldn't worry.
Also maybe I'm just unlucky but in my experience the BS is very slow to deliver. My last few orders have been despatched 2-3 days after ordering, and arriving 3-4 days after that.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
I cant order anything else ...doesnt matter what card I use. My husband even went on and tried to place a order with his details and it declined so I am convinced it is related to the address and not the cards x0

There is a code for a free cranberry body butter for £20 spend on quidco - but it doesn't seem to let you enter any other codes if you use this. Unless I am missing something.

Will wait and see how you get on before I call as well. Have had a few orders from BS this year and email is usually pretty immediate and always a despatch notification a couple of days later. Both my orders are still pending and no emails etc still which hasnt happened before, emails would be automatic so volumes etc would not affect those.
I'd rather they just emailed to cancel if the glitch wont be honoured rather than leave it running and not send out the higher priced freebies.0 -
