The Body Shop- deal of the day bargain

I have 2 orders that were accepted, for the 3 for 2 eye palettes and a 3 for 2 with a heat wrap free (high priced item). One was £20 and the other £15.

I emailed them on Wednesday as I was fed up with my card being rejected for no apparent reason, but haven't had a reply.

I am a bit wary of calling in case this highlights the glitch, but at the same time I need my money back!

Some good news, just received my order, everything was there including the brush rolls (very nice but would never pay 39quid for them!!!)...pretty pleased now, thanks op

Does anyone know what the order status 'Y1' means?

I spoke to the Body Shop yesterday because I hadn't had a confirmation email for my order, and they said that they are having problems with conf. emails going out and that my goods would still be sent.

I hadn't figured out how to find my account on their site at that point, so I didn't know to ask them what 'Y1' means!

Same as me hun. I dont want to highlight anything that's why I am waiting to see if the other orders get despatched.

Im sure they are probably aware ... if you need the money hun the only thing you can do is give them a call x

I think I've got enough cash in my purse to last me the weekend, so I will sit tight for now. Hopefully if the orders start to be dispatched over the next few days, the pending money will be released for the orders which have been rejected! Fingers crossed!

thanks , the eye palletts are quite nice also...and for anyone that ordered the warm amber body lotion, it smells a bit like secret obsession by ck..

Im sure it will be fine. They are usually fairly quick with my orders but I bet they are sooo busy at the moment.

I will have to also give them a call as I cant place anymore orders!!! x

YI usually shows once your order has been accepted and paid for. It changes to Y2 when they despatch it to you.
