I have just ordered and my card was accepted first time so all good, even better if we all get it. Spent £20.00 n got a load of stuff.

My order just says paid with no Y1 or anything next to it yet.

Hi, sorry for being a bit lazy, but I would need to register to see this: does anyone know how much express delivery is? Does it change if you are above the £15 threshold for regular free delivery, that is, is it cheaper? It seems that it is taking them ages to process these orders, so I was thinking of using express delivery...

I can't find a collect in store option. Is that at all possible?

Is the only in store offer Free Coconut Shimmer Body Butter when you spend £25?

Thanks for the OP. My order, including free brushes and cranberry blanket warm thing, is showing as Y2, and I've just had a despatch email. Ordered on Wednesday.

ooh ive just got a despatch email, ordered Wed night, only thing is it says 6 items despatched but including my free coconut shimmer I should have 7 :cool:

this happened to me too, despatch email said 6 items, and i ordered 8,,,but all 8 were received today, s I wouldn't worry too much
