does it normally take long for the email confirmation to come?? cos for some reason i did not print out my order :o almost 2 hrs has passed...

You may not get one. I didn't get confirmation emails for orders made on Sunday and Wednesday, but both have now been despatched. Just check that your order shows in your online account as paid and it should be ok.

So glad I read thru here before placing my order, I was pleased enough with getting 2 free body butters, half price eye/cheek pallette, half price hand cream and half price lipsticks but now from adding just a few more items I have a free reed diffuser and free brush roll coming too !!

I am going to have a house full of lovely BOdy Shop stuff .... I received an order yesterday and the top had come loose on one of the items, a relaxing sleep spray, I called them and explained , they asked i any other products had been damaged from the leaking product - well 2 other labels were dampened but as they were just gifts for my daughters hamper I thought they would be OK , well anyway they told me to retain the order I had received and use the damaged products with their compliments and they would send a whole new order out !! I am so pleased with their customer service and I get to have some of the lovely products they have bought back - Anitas favourites - as well as my daughter !

Edited to add - £131.70 worth of products for £30.81 then (hopefully) 18% Quidco (£5.55) - then making them all for £25.26. ! Result !!

    Just a quick question...

I AM A £10 SPEND AWAY FROM GETTING MY LAST STAMP ON MY LOVE YOUR BODY CARD TO GET MY £10 FREE GIFT AND NOW DUE A £5 FREE GIFT FOR MY BIRTHDAY.

DO YOU THINK IF I BUY SOMETHING AT £15 (TO GET MY LAST STAMP) THEY'LL THEN TAKE THE £10 & £5 FREE AMOUNTS OFF THAT TO MAKE IT TOTALLY FREE?

No, you still have to pay £10 of actual money in order to get the stamp, so you'll have to spend 25 after the 10% is taken off at a minimum, which is about £27.80, and then you'll pay £10 fo your stuff.

I used quidco and the 30% code off the discount/vouchers thread. Everylittle bit helps...if you add the original prices should of paid £130 couldnt afford that but £21 is much better plus 18% quidco(hopefully)
  • Just rang them as i couldn't get any of my cards to go through yesterday. The lady said I had entered wrong card information at the security stage at the very end and so they had blocked me. She said she had removed the block and i should order but be very careful to enter the correct information. I just tried and it still declined order. I am POSITIVE i used correct password, I use this card almost everyday buying online bargains!!!

To be honest I have found another glitch but wanted to get my own order in before posting- something i have learned from past experience :o(
    xx
