I placed an order yesterday at about 17.00 and have yet to receive the confirmation email. The status of my order is Paid.
Should I be worried? How long did you all wait for an email? Thanks for help.

i ordered on wednesday afternoon... i made 2 orders... today i have received a confirmation order for 1 order... hope they send both of them together.

the glitch cant be fixed as not ordered very long ago and got the brushes free ..hope they honour it. I could only used the 30% code mind couldnt find a way of putting in more codes. plus quidco which tracked at £3

It's still working for me even though I don't want anything and won't be ordering just playing with the site.

You get the 3rd item you put in your basket free. I've just tried to cranberry shower gels followed by one brush roll and the brush roll stayed free. HTH

does it realy work for these? should hav thought about that when i ordered mine yesterday... still waiting for confirmation email.

I've got the 3 things in my baskt for £11.70 so looks like it works on these. I really like the smudger too but don't need another one and don't need any bubbles or candles either.

I've tried it with the reed diffuser as the 3rd item nd tat works too.

i love the idea of 2 brush roll
